The moment we heard the very first notes of the songs we had chosen for our entrance, we were deeply moved — it was exactly as we had dreamed. Their attention, precision, and passion shone through every song and every chord. "Pharaoh and the Beats recently played at our wedding at Smeetham Hall Barn and provided a really fantastic night of live entertainment for us and our guests! From the start, Leanne and the team's services were super professional. After quickly responding to our initial enquiry and questions, we were invited to a rehearsal to check them out and see if the band's style was a fit for our event. Getting to meet Leanne, hearing her amazing vocal talent live, and seeing how well the band gelled together really put us at ease and confirmed they were going to be the right choice for our wedding. Communication and flexibility from the band leading up to and including the big day was excellent too such as promptly sharing PAT/PLI certificates for the venue, tailoring a varied set-list to our taste/audience, letting us choose a couple of our favourite songs for them to learn and perform, dealing with some speech over-runs compressing set-up time on the night, and even letting the Groom get up on stage with Leanne to sing a few verses of the kiwi classic 'Be Mine Tonight' and Journey's 'Don't Stop Believin'' to the Bride! Everyone had a great night and we were all super impressed with Leanne's stunning vocals and the band's warm up-beat sound. If you're looking for a professional and reliable covers band with a vocalist that can cover a wide range of material and really get the party going, hire these guys!"

"With Groove Primitive you can tell that they are dedicated from the first bar, but they also are fun, with a sense of humour. The funk is tight and the rockier songs have soul. Shay’s vocals are strong and she’s backed by some great players. I’ve seen them in bars and clubs, but could imagine them on a journey to filling much bigger venues in the future. Highly Recommended 5 stars – for entertainment and musical virtuosity."

"During our Sunday entertainment Lyrebirds delivered an amazing acoustic set with songs our guests really enjoyed and at one point sang along to. They have a unique stage presence and read the room well in the way they deliver the songs"

"Myriam performed beautifully for my wedding last year in Paris. Prior to the wedding, I communicated with her from the U.S., mostly via email. The process for working with Myriam was quite straightforward, as she was very responsive and clear in her communications. What I appreciate most about Myriam is her flexibility. I had very specific request for an all-Baroque ceremony with specific pieces, and Myriam happily obliged. I think a harp is a perfect instrument for a wedding ceremony - in my opinion, nothing is more suitable than Baroque harp music in an acoustically resonant chapel. If you're looking for a harpist in Paris, I'd highly recommend Myriam! "
