Discover 300 classic rock bands available for hire in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada. Acts are rated 5 out of 5 across 439 reviews from real clients, with Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd tributes alongside broader rock cover groups working the 1960s through the 1990s. Prices start from $280, with an average of $1,450.
Most bands play two sets of 45 to 60 minutes and arrive with their own backline, PA and stage lighting. Raise song requests early, since learning a first dance or a particular album track takes rehearsal time, and check stage depth before booking a five-piece: a full drum kit, two guitar rigs and a keyboard need more room than a stripped-back trio.

Classic rock bands in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada cover the era from the 1960s through the 1990s, with repertoires built on acts like The Who, Deep Purple, Fleetwood Mac and Jimi Hendrix. The sound is fully amplified, so the room matters more than it does for an acoustic booking: a low ceiling or a strict noise limit changes what a band can deliver, and the better acts ask about both before they quote.
A four-piece of guitar, bass, drums and vocals is the usual format, with five- and six-piece line-ups adding keyboards or a second guitar for a fuller sound. Check the space before confirming: a full drum kit and two guitar rigs want roughly three metres (ten feet) of depth, and most bands need two or three standard power sockets near the stage rather than a single extension lead.
Most bands arrive two to three hours before the first song for load-in and soundcheck, which is worth building into the venue schedule if the room is in use beforehand. Two sets of 45 to 60 minutes is the standard booking, split by a break with recorded music. Where the venue has a curfew, work backwards from it when setting the start time instead of leaving the gap at the end of the night.
Rates in Wolfville run from $280 to $4,800+, with most bookings landing near $1,450. Band size is the largest single factor, followed by travel, set length and whether the act needs to bring extra sound or lighting for a larger room. Learning a specific song for a first dance or a surprise moment usually carries a small additional fee.
The average price for Classic Rock Bands available in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada is $1,450 (CAD). Above you will also find a budget price and high end price. Contact the supplier you like for an accurate quote.

Hub Zeppelin
"Checked them out at Montes in Dartmouth Wow they Rocked the place everyone was impressed got to go see them highly recommended"
Corey Rieman and The Dilemma Band
"How do I get across how good this band is. Everyone is so talented. And the lead singer has a talent and a charisma that is unique, real and wholly impressive. His voice is so genuine and so pleasantly different. Lead guitar dude rips. Just absolutely rips. Rhythm section crushed it at full groove level. Drummer is crisp and on it , bass is always on point. The woman on tambourine added such a nice flavor. Hired for an outside town event. Everyone loved the band. Everybody. It’s a no brainer"
Grant Swift
"Grant is an excellent musician and talent to work with. We recently used him for a corporate event where we brought in a number of our global senior leaders for a New York conference and have Grant perform at our reception was an incredible way to elevate the evening. He sang well, read the room and adjusted as needed, offered a wide variety of songs that resonated with the global crowd and performed in a way that still enabled networking and conversations. Can't wait to use Grant again soon!"
Theatre Rock Live
"This Band is more than a band- it's a very unique show where you can hear these songs live. Thew combination of the vocals and this dynamic band is such a different experience. Love to see what they will do next!"
Soular Rhythm music and entertainment
"Love this band, love these people....and that's all I gotta say!"
Joshua Kocses
"Joshua performs acoustic guitar and dual lead vocals with Sean Cox DC Duo and they are amazing. Their range of material spans from decades of performing in the New York, New Jersey and Los Angels & Orange County California area in restaurants, pubs, clubs, private parties, weddings, yacht clubs, boats and veterans/military events. Joshua is a former US Marine and that level of precision is scene and heard in their music. They interact with their audiences and make different people of all types feel welcome."
