Live wedding bands bring an energy to evening receptions that playlists cannot match. Professional groups near you are experienced at working with local venues, managing sound levels for different room sizes, and keeping guests of all ages dancing. Most acts perform two or three sets of around 45 minutes, with DJ music filling the breaks, and offer extras like acoustic ceremony performances or learning your first dance song.
Start by matching band size to your venue. Duos and trios suit smaller or more intimate spaces, while four to six-piece lineups fill larger reception rooms with a fuller sound. Check demo videos to make sure the band's energy and style match the atmosphere you want. It is also worth asking about the full package: most professional acts include PA equipment, lighting, and MC services as standard, but ceremony music, extended sets, and additional musicians may be priced separately. Bands based near your venue often offer more competitive rates due to lower travel costs.
For Wedding bands in Norfolk, fees run from £170 to £2,300+, with an average cost of £750. Band size is the biggest factor in pricing, followed by performance duration and time of year. Peak season dates from late spring through early autumn tend to carry higher rates, while midweek or off-season bookings can stretch your budget further. Ask about package deals if you want ceremony music or a late-night DJ set alongside the main performance.
The average price for Wedding Bands available in Norfolk, England, United Kingdom is £750 (GBP). Above you will also find a budget price and high end price. Contact the supplier you like for an accurate quote.

Catch 22
"Just wanted to say a big thank you for playing at our wedding. You were brilliant, really gave our evening a great atmosphere and all my guests said what a great time they had and what a great band! Really made our wedding day special and some great memories to treasure.
Cant thank you or praise you highly enough. I have posted a message on your website recommending you.
Not only that but your communication and help before hand was great and much appreciated. I have absolutely no complaints. You were all so professional and friendly.
Many Many thanks
Marie and Jody Watson"
Biker Band
"The Kings’ regulars are probably the luckiest people in Lincolnshire, maybe even the East Midlands! Not only do they have fabulous hosts in Richard and Sharon, they also provide the best music free of charge every weekend and they don’t come much better than the Bikers Band wherever you may go.
Quiet and staid does not exist in their vocabulary, Mister-Pink is power funk, rock and blues at its very best covering the likes of Cream, Jimi Hendrix and The Rolling Stones but also mixing in their own songs in a seamless blend of quality entertainment. I asked Simon for his set list after the gig and do you know what the response was? “What set list? We just play what the audience like!” Believe me there are not many bands that can make such a confident statement.
How many encores did we have? I lost count, the holiday weekend busy bar wanted more so The Bikers Band duly provided. Of course we must not forget the superb bass playing of Jules and Balding Bloke was in his element sound engineering when the drummer let rip with a storming drum solo. I don’t know what they feed them on in Norfolk however it seems to be an excellent diet for drummers!
Now here’s a teaser for you…whilst we were clearing up afterwards I happened to mention that he’d forgotten to use his harmonica. That was it, straight to his kit and “Not Fade Away” commenced, The bassist struck up his acoustic guitar and the remaining customers and bar staff all immediately broke into song…Most likely we won’t see these guys again until next year, that’s going to be an awful long wait for many of us! ~ gig reviewer - Lincolnshire Press"
Collins & Wilson Duo
"We booked Stacy and Mark to play at a birthday party and we thought they were fantastic. Stacy has an amazing voice, and Mark's guitar playing was great. A fantastic afternoon of singalong/dancing music."
The John Preston Tribute Band
"The grooviest part of Saturday night was the early evening slot from this tight little funky punky power trio.. From New Normal disco with deeply sardonic word play, to the rocktastic vastness of Psychopox. The John Preston Tribute Band blow holes in official and official alternative narratives whilst their grooves and riffs induce altered states to facilitate their propaganda deconstructions.. A must for weddings, corporate do's and dusty festivals..."
The Last Broadcast
"Just had these guys perform at our wedding & they're an absolutely fantastic band, professional, & had great feedback from our guests. Highly recommend & wouldn't hesitate booking them again. Thank you for making our special day complete :)"
