"I saw the band 3 years ago in Lefkada where I was for honeymoon with my wife ,in a very special bar called Tree bar. I can tell you,we were dancing straight for 3 hours. We stopped when the band has to stop and when the moon was high in the night sky. High recommend band for parties!! "

"The Groove Merchants were so fantastic to work with. I am a wedding and event planner, and sometimes we have to make last-minute changes to the timeline of the event, and they were SO accommodating, patient and easy to work with! They got everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, to the dance floor all night long. I could also go on and on about how sweet and wonderful all of the band members were. I now recommend them to all of our brides!"

"This was my first ever swing band concert and what can I say – it was fantastic – I didn’t realise how good they were! What a great evening. We travelled in ice, snow, high heels and dresses and it was very worth it. Fabulous music and excellent entertainment. It really started off my Christmas. Can’t wait for next year."

"I only want to emphasise what my wife has written about the band that played at our wedding. The music was superb, and all the guests said how impressed they were with the choice of songs. They really did make our wedding a perfect day and gave us and our guests the party that we wanted. We can not praise them enough and its a shame that we can only give them 10 out of 10. It was great when the audience began to react to Starfire, and it was even better when they started telling me directly that I had picked a great band. What really sealed the deal was when the professional soundman and MC both personally said to me that’s a great band. Starfire’s has great talent, and what sets them apart is their love for playing…it makes for a memorable night of favourite songs and irresistible dance music.
