"We particularly wanted a soul band and during our seemingly endless search of bands we were just drawn to The Soul Department! They played at our evening wedding reception earlier this month. Good reviews usually state pros and cons however, the band genuinely do not have any cons! They were professional from the onset, sounded incredible, looked incredible, great repertoire, were brilliant fun and had our wedding party rockin'!!! From start to finish they had our guests on their feet, we loved every minute! Exactly what we wanted! Cannot recommend these guys enough, worth their weight in gold, definitely will book them again, no question!! Thank you, you were amazing!! Melanie Cook xx"

"Wow wow wow! These guys were absolutely incredible! Words can’t describe! We hired the NQBB for our wedding back in October and we think it was the best wedding decision we made! Will was super through all stages of the process, from enquiries before booking, through to set list selections and sorting out logistics, he was so friendly, with excellent communication and always had time to answer our queries. On the day itself they arrived in plenty of time to set up and you could tell the guests were getting excited for what was to come. It was what we were most looking forward to about the day and it more than exceeded our expectations! What was wonderful was seeing everyone dancing - all the generations. They are such amazing performers and so engaging getting all on the dance floor involved! Our guests are still raving about ‘THE band’ and rightly so! Thank you so much NQBB, you most certainly made the day!"

"Met Roan at event @ Lockside Camden on a Wed for a jubel beer takeover where they booked me to DJ and Roan to play Sax. Never played together before but somehow we gelled pretty well together as he is a very accomplished player. Got him down a 2nd time when I was playing on a Saturday afternoon and he really enhanced the set and the people on the terrace loved the live interaction. Definitely would recommend if you are into quality saxophone music "

"We were lucky enough to hire the Party Band with Singer to perform at our wedding, and they were brilliant. From the initial enquiry, to the booking, to the actual day, it was all easy and stress free. All our guests were so complimentary and thoroughly enjoyed the performance, and the band fully vindicated our decision to not have a DJ. Gabriel was very considerate to ask if there were any songs from the set list we definitely wanted to be played, or avoided, and also kind enough to play our own playlist through their speakers between sets. I wouldn't hesitate to hire the band in the future for any other special occasion/event, and would recommend them to everyone"

It was absolutely fantastic to have such an exciting welcome for our audience members and everyone was buzzing! It was the perfect way to kick off the evening's entertainment! "I hired Mason for my 30th Great Gatsby and he was absolutely incredible. All of my guests commented on how amazing he was from playing old school to current hits. He was such a delight and as someone who knows nothing about playing a musical instrument, I left it all in Masons hands and he went beyond my expectations. "Dan played at our wedding and it was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend him! He played background jazz saxophone in the venue courtyard while our guests were having reception drinks and canapes. Our guests loved it. We chatted to Dan about the kind of music and atmosphere we wanted to create for our rustic wedding and he did the rest and came up with the most perfect set. My husband is very musical so it meant a lot to him that Dan created such an excellent atmosphere"

"MK & the Misters played at our Unity Festival, a charity food festival for the local community in east London. They were exceptional from start to finish, on time, set up well before the event began (even when everything else was running late), and the music was incredible. Even with heavy showers and a busy festival crowd, they were engaging, full of energy, and professional. As an event manager they are exactly the band you are looking for when it comes to professionalism, entertainment and energy. Will definitely be booking them in the future."
