"The band members, very respectful and responsible, arrived on time and were very professional at all times. But honestly, we felt very disappointed that when contacting this band, we were specific about confirming if they played certain songs, certain artists, including rock and roll songs, which was the main concept of the party including decoration, etc. A party obviously centered on the birthday person for their 80th birthday, and the band played a selection of music that wasn’t what we requested. So, sorry for the honesty, but in that sense, we were very very disappointed. The idea was to hear the birthday person’s favorite songs, and that didn’t happen. That was the main reason we decided to invest in a band instead of going to a nightclub to listen to random music."

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we appreciate your kind words about our professionalism and punctuality.  However, we'd like to respectfully address the concerns raised, as we believe there may have been a misunderstanding about what was agreed upon. Before the booking was confirmed, we provided our complete repertoire of 170 songs so you could review exactly what we perform. When you sent through your song requests, we responded clearly in writing that we could perform around 90% of the songs listed, specifically noting which artists and songs we don't cover, including Roy Orbison, Tony Bennett, and "Piña Colada." The contract was signed after this exchange, confirming mutual understanding of the agreed-upon repertoire. On the day, we delivered exactly what was agreed: approximately 90% of your requested songs, plus additional requests from guests. Guests were dancing and singing along to our performance. Furthermore, the birthday guest himself told us during the event that he was thoroughly enjoying the music, which we also took as a positive sign that we were meeting expectations. We always strive to be flexible and responsive on the day. When asked mid-performance to stop for unplanned moments like the raffle and cake cutting, we simply requested to finish the current song to avoid an abrupt interruption, a standard practice that maintains the flow and professionalism of live music. We regret that the experience didn't meet your expectations despite our clear pre-event communication. "Tom was superb yesterday at our afternoon tea event. His first set whilst everyone ate was purely instrumental. His second set was with vocals. Beautiful guitar music, excellent vocals. Thank you Tom, very professional and just what we wanted!"

Es espectacular como profesional: talentosa, comprometida, cercana y con una energía increíble que hizo que la fiesta fuera todavía más especial. Pero, sobre todo, quiero destacar lo maravillosa que es como persona. Desde el primer momento fue súper agradable y atenta, y eso se nota muchísimo. "We listened to over 100 artists trying to find someone who fitted our vibe for our wedding. Someone who liked our indie rock type of music, and would be happy to learn a few songs especially for our day. Then we found Joe. From start to finish he was communicative, nothing was too much trouble, and he travelled all the way to Snowdonia to do our wedding. Joe agreed to play acoustic guitar instrumentals during our ceremony as we wanted a ‘live’ atmosphere, and then came to our reception and did a further 2 x sets in the evening, singing and playing live. Not only is Joe a fantastic singer, but a genuinely nice and down to earth guy. What an absolute pleasure to have you as part of our wedding day Joe. This guy could seriously charge an awful lot more than he does, but instead he remains affordable to appeal to all audiences. Highly recommend! (Needless to say, superb voice and guitarist! Such a talented and cool guy!)"

"We hired Toby for an informal 18th birthday party in our garden. He was excellent, even learning a few new songs in advance to please the birthday girl. He was exactly the right person for this kind of event, nice and chilled but very talented. Highly recommend Toby to anyone wanted a guitarist/singer for an event."

"Very struck by his talent and his professionalism. He knows what he’s doing. Comes in and outs on a good show that is really very consistent. We know he enjoys what he does, He’s like the ultimate professional. Greta songwriter. We appreciate the original material. We have an audience that also appreciates his material. When he does a cover he does it his way and not trying to imitate the original artist so I really appreciate his talent."
