"We needed some background music for our drinks reception and dinner for c140 people at the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam.. These guys were perfect - fantastic sound, very professional and punctual, really added a special something to our event. Would certainly book again."

"Pauline and The Imaginary Friends played on stage at our Teddington Christmas Lights Up event and were fantastic. I booked them very last minute as the event was initially cancelled due to lack of funds which were then raised by local residents. They were exceptionally professional and did the perfect set to entertain people of all ages. The combination of Pauline’s fabulous voice and the music accompaniment from Gareth and Matt is the perfect recipe for any event. We loved their energy and how they got the crowd dancing. "

"We would like to thank you so much for the fantastic atmosphere you created at our wedding! Your music made the whole day feel like a relaxed festival experience, just as we had envisioned it. The live jazz brought so much warmth and class to the afternoon and provided the perfect background for all the beautiful moments. And as night fell, the vinyl DJ really brought that relaxed, vintage vibe that everyone enjoyed. Your choice of music was spot-on and it all felt so natural and relaxed. "My partner Jessica Brennan recently had her 70th Birthday Party at the Castello di Septe in Mozzagrogna, and had Good Time Soul Foundation for the music. The band were outstanding and everybody remarked how good they were. Some of the guests were in a nine piece band themselves and could appreciate the quality of their performance. Jessica gave a list of songs that she wanted them to play and they didn’t let her down from Jazz to Soul and Dance everybody had a great time."

"Super nice band!!! We hired the full 5-piece and it was the best decision! Between the double bass, guitar, drums, and trumpet (along with Nadya's awesome voice) we had the best time. The band was dressed super nicely, and they were really nice to work with. They even brought their own sound system which made it so much easier! Would definitely recommend for any corporate/private event or wedding ! 10/10 "

"The Hitchen Jazz quartet played for my Birthday Party in Summer 2018. We had a bigger budget, so I requested the quartet. They played a beautiful Jazz set for our apperatifs, which really made our day! Later that year, we went to watch the Hitchen Big Band play a live concert with World renowned Trumpet star Bobby Shew. David actually played some duets/trumpet battles with Bobby Shew, proving that David is able to perform on any stage. Merci les gars!"

"The band was a wonderful highlight of our wedding, which held 2 weeks ago in Thessaloniki. The saxophonist, Sofia played even before I arrived at the church yard and after the end of the ceremony, and then the three of them (Sophia, Natasha and Tasos) played and sang jazz songs. All of our guests did enjoy the party and loved the band! It was the best decision that we could have made to work with the Velvet Trio! Our cooperation was really good and we had a pretty good communication before the wedding! We truly recommend them for a wonderful event!"

"Matt and the Cocktail Hour Jazz Band were great and the perfect fit for our event! The communication from the band was excellent up until the very day of the event. Matt was flexible with timings and was very happy to work around whatever worked best for our event. I would highly recommend booking the Cocktail Hour Jazz Band for any events!"
