"We saw this dynamic duo perform at a summer wedding and we were so wowed by their energy and talent that we booked them for our anniversary/birthday celebrations. Filippo and Azu delivered a 2 hour set of classic songs with such fun, panache and sentimentality; we were dancing, singing and taking a trip down memory lane with the songs that marked the decades and our milestones. Azu's vocal range is amazing and Filippo is a masterblaster on his guitar! They are polite, affable, very easy to communicate with and they truly put heart and soul into their fantabulous performances. Book this thrilling class act for your event if you enjoy their genre of songs. This accomplished duo will effortlessly jazz up celebrations in a cosy private setting or pull in the crowd for a big event. Whichever it is, they are guaranteed to make memories forever for you & your guests. We know because we've enjoyed their spectacular performances twice! "WOW . Dynamic , PROFESSIONAL , and TALENTED I’m finally coming down from my amazing experience with SexySax ( he is quite the charmer , by the way ) . I wanted to suprise my fiancé with a nice nightcap and he outdid himself . He was prepared , on time , skilled and extremely accommodating . I’ve never been so pleased with a purchase , LIKE EVER ! He even hid behind the curtains on the 32nd floor to make sure my idea came to light . I can’t thank you enough for being a monumental part of making my baby happy 😊 you’re the best ! "We organised The Cheers to play at our wedding in September 2018, and it was one of the best decisions of the day. I think there are three reasons why I would recommend them: 1. The music is great - The Cheers played a selection of oldies and new music to cater to the tastes of all our guests. We had a lot of kids and they even played some things purposefully to get them on the dance floor with their parents - a lovely touch. They are very talented musicians (with credentials!) and made everything sound great in our venue, even though they only had a short time to sound-check. We received numerous compliments that the band were excellent. They learnt our first dance perfectly and performed it exactly how we wanted. Just fantastic. 2. They are very professional - Our speeches and breakfast overran by about 45 minutes, but the band were extremely accommodating and calm about the delay. They setup extremely quickly to get us back on track and they were thoroughly proficient in breaking down at the end. They brought all their own equipment and everything looked and sounded great. 3. They were very easy to work with - Even though we didn’t meet the band until the day of the wedding, they were extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. Our main point of contact was Ben (the band manager) who was charming, quick to respond to calls and messages and very helpful. Formal arrangements were quick and professional and the entire interaction went very smoothly. Overall, the experience of hiring and hearing The Cheers was faultless. Thank you so much for rounding off our special day with fantastic entertainment."
