"Dan Knights performance at our engagement party was incredible!! I am so happy we found him and have sent details to friends and family at the event who were equally impressed. I can honestly say the event wouldn’t have been the same without him and to top it off Dan is the nicest person. Thank you for making our day so special!!"

"I had Paul and Crissie perform at my Jubilee Party garden/street party that me and my wife organised. They helped set up the equipment for the party in the farmers field for all of our neighbours and friends to attend. What a day! Even had people doing song requests and karaoke in the evening! Very accommodating people, and always willing to go the extra mile. "

"Andrew was very friendly and flexible when it came to the venue, the restaurant staff and the guests. We particularly loved how he sang with one of the guests. Everyone was thrilled! Everyone thought he was a great musician! He was recommended to others straight away! We can’t recommend Andrew highly enough! Thank you so much, dear Andrew. It was lovely having you there!"

"After seeing Yve on YouTube for the first time singing that song ' Hurt ' I have since been transfixed by that beautiful voice of hers. She can sing a song and put it across to the audience with such passion and emotion , that it can leave not a dry eye in the house . Well, when I her sing live for the first time, firstly on her own and then with the Morganway , Yve didn't fail to deliver ! I was again Mesmerised by her beautiful voice and haunting melodies. One of the songs that Yve covers is Bob Dylan's , ' Buckets of Rain ' and some of the lyrics goes '... you do what you must do and ya do it well ' Yve does that in abundance ! "Best part of our reception One of our best experiences was working with Smooth Mood Project! When we first met with Vasia and John, we were blown away with how easy going they were, how receptive they were to our suggestions and taste in music, and how comfortable they made us feel. Both of them were very communicative, flexible, and extremely dependable -- three qualities we especially valued as we were planning a destination wedding. In terms of their actual performance on the wedding day, Smooth Mood Project went out of their way to make our day extra special. They are talented, warm, and so much fun! Our guests were blown away with their performance and raved about them -- the piano, the vocals, the stage presence were all enchanting. Thank you Smooth Mood Project for helping make our wedding so memorable!!!"

"Bassline studios played at our 50th birthday /surprise wedding ! From the minute I told Bernadette it was a surprise she helped plan ( should I say scheme) the absolute perfect day . Nothing was too much trouble and the band ROCKED !! Best night of our lives and the guests are still talking about it. I had blisters on the soles of my feet from dancing ....love love these guys ."

"Mary and the BIT Band were absolutely amazing! She was communicative and easy to work with. They provided a list of songs and were also open to learning a few others that we requested. They were an absolute hit at our wedding and we had several guests say it was the best wedding band they’ve ever experienced! Highly recommend. "

"We booked Groove Star to help us celebrate a significant family occasion. To say they exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The party was originally booked for 2020 but due to Covid it had to be postponed. Steve was happy to hold the booking for as long as we needed and throughout communication was first rate. On the day, they fitted in with everything else that was happening seamlessly. They provided two sets of one hour each and there wasn't a song that wasn't met with whoops and cheers from our guests. They were also more than happy to accommodate song requests. The band were brilliant and the singers exceptional. I would absolutely recommend that anyone booking Groove Star go all out and book the whole band, with brass section, as it makes a huge difference. Groove Star are definitely up there as one of the best party bands."
