"Johnny played at my father’s funeral. I remembered years ago it was one of the things my dad wanted at his funeral and Johnny did an amazing job. We have had people message us saying how cool and unique it made the funeral! For my dads request of having a bagpipe player at the funeral he definitely had an amazing performance that I know made my dad proud and made it a even more memorable experience/celebration of life for everyone!"

"We were so pleased for Fraser and Louisa that the day went so well for them and even the sun came out. It was a lovely venue and seems everyone had a great time. Your pipe playing was a notable highlight everyone commented on including the evening guests who enjoyed the welcome. Having the pipes and a few kilts made for a memorable spectacle so many thanks again. Fraser and Lousa were thrilled to have you there."

"We booked Tom to play at our Anniversary of our bar being open for 27 years and he was great. Very well dressed and arrived on time and played a mix of Irish tunes and Scottish tunes. Our clients loved him."

"Talk about a professional! Johnny Miner was a Class A professional. We had him play at my brother's graveside services. He called ahead of time to get all the details. He explained he would play off in the distance while people gathering. Then as per requested he would play Amazing Grace. He offered to explain to those gathered that he would play Amazing Grace and then fade off into the distance as is the Celtic tradition of the spirit lingering and then fading away. The cemetery he played at was quite a ways away, so not only did he travel a long ways to get there, but he was early to the graveside services. Unfortunately one of our speakers got lost, so the service was delayed a considerable amount of time. However, Johnny continued to play in the hot sun with no complaint. The bagpipe playing was the highlight of the send off for my brother and was no doubt the highlight of the service. I was amazed how simple and quick it was to make the arrangements to have a bagpiper play at a funeral service. Johnny was dressed beautifully and enhanced a beautiful service. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to add the beautiful sound of bagpipes to any event. Hopefully in the future we will be able to invite him back for a more joyful event such as a wedding."

"During the planning of my fathers funeral I realized that I didn't call to book someone to play , in a panic that it was too late I found the Hampton Pipes website. Very shortly after I received a called from Victor. Immediately when is spoke to him I knew he was professional and caring that he was the right person for this special job. He did a great job played all the songs that we discussed and really made the day special. I know my Dad was smiling from heaven. Thank you Victor!"

He tailored his music to our needs, creating the perfect atmosphere for our day. Communication was easy and he was always responsive, which reassured us throughout the process. He took time before the service to dicuss detials and explain the significance of the bag pipes. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a bag piper! "Johnny made the reunion with my missionary parents returning from Scotland one for the ages. An already emotional experience was all the sweeter with the sound of Scotland the Brave echoing through the airport as they were swarmed by a few dozen grandkids followed by warm embraces from my siblings and me. I would recommend him for any occasion where you need his special talent."

"Stevie attended a weekend event supporting the Royal Marines Charity at Clennell Hall Hotel in Northumberland. Stevie made every effort to accommodate our needs and went above and beyond to do this as our timings moved considerably. His playing of the bagpipes on completion of our minutes silence was so moving and totally appropriate to the moment. He is a complete professional with the personal touch and is willing to help make the occasion very special. The immaculate traditional dress also adds to the overall package provided by Stevie. He’s already booked for next year. Ian Scott"
