"The last couple of years we had the pleasure of having the Scottish musician Bob Ferguson on stage. He is a great performer. With Bob in the house, you're sure of having an entertaining afternoon or evening. And the music he's playing is diverse. Scottish and Irish folk, but also songs made by himself. We knew Bob already from concerts he played in our folkclub with Beggars Row and Celtic Hearts. But his solo concerts are also from high quality. So whenever you have the chance to get him on stage in your folkclub, bar or festival.....?! Book this guy! "

"Given that 80% of our guests had never ceilidh’d before, the brogues did a wonderful job of leading dances where everyone could get involved and felt very much part of the celebrations. "Cannot recommend Double Shot Maggie highly enough!! They performed at a recent event held by the company I work for and they were AMAZING.. Altogether a pleasant, friendly and professional experience in the way that Sandra, accompanied by Paul on guitar, quietly set up and then proceeded to make sweet music for us all, perfectly suited to the occasion."

"Bob contributed with a fantastic concert in Fjerritslev Church Center in May 2023. Lots of happy people flocked to Fjerritslev Kirkcenter to hear the happy and well-liked Scotsman. Bob's concert was a lovely concert, for all age groups. Both his own songs but also huge hits from different decades were sung. Even the audience could choose songs. All in all, a Bob Ferguson concert is a wonderful experience, filled with joy, humorous remarks, beautiful singing with audience participation and a wonderful personal experience that you absolutely do not want to miss. 5 out of 5 stars from here. Thank you for a fantastic concert. We very much hope that he comes back to Fjerritslev. A clear recommendation to everyone from us here in Denmark."

"We were so excited to have The Magpies play and sing for our AACA Christmas party! Our caterer bailed on us and we found a restaurant to bring food, but it took a long time, however the time flew by listening to these ladies with beautiful songs everyone knew! Lovely, lively piano & guitar and fantastic vocals including Holiday songs for Christmas! They saved the day for us by keeping the party going! Kathleen /Antique Auto Club of America"

"Booked these guys for my sister's hen party and they were brilliant. From the surprise entrance into the garden when no one was expecting them to the impromptu conga line dancing – they entertained us superbly. Several neighbours got in touch to say they'd brought a welcome spirit of Mexico to the village as they could hear the fabulous music in their gardens too. "
