"Billy Gumbo is one of a kind musician, he surprised us with his versatility and technical musicianship. As an international show he amazed us with his command of a variety of skills and songs. French, Italian, German, Polish, Russian, Irish and even Greek, it was a wonderful 2-hour performance that sent our hearts aglow. Well done sir!"

As you could probably tell from our very hyper guests dancing at the end of the set, screaming for one more tune... we all had an absolute ball so thanks for getting the party well and truly started!! "Well last night we was at The Crofton Pub, great venue for some live music loads of space to set up your gear etc and lots of fine ales to sample and boy where they good. Anyway were not here to talk about ales but music! The band playing was called Father Jack, I believe to be in relation with Father Ted the program. The music was fantastic, it was Celtic and very lively, they had, guitar, drums and violin/Banjo/12 string ukelele. As we said the music was lively and very entertaining, in between them singing they would play some instrumental numbers. The instrumental numbers where great as they would get faster and faster and get the crowd going. The crowd where thoroughly enjoying themselves. When we got to our table one of the guys was handing out I guess karaoke handouts, these had the chorus to the some of the songs they where singing, I’ve never seen this before but it has to be a brilliant idea, as the evening went on and the beer was flowing, more and more people joined in with singing in the chorus of the songs. It would seem everyone had a great evening with Father Jack, I would definitely recommend them and if you see them advertised go a long and have a sing-a-long with them, you wont regret it!"

"Thank you for the most romantic and Scottish first dance and for your ceilidh. Tricia was great when calling the dances and explaining us what to do. We all had lots of fun. You also managed to make my dad dance, who ususally never does! I was truly amazed to see him on the dance floor. With your wonderful music you made the evening even more special and you created wonderful memories that we will bring forever in our hearts. I truly wish to meet you again and dance at the rythm of your wonderful Scottish music. I have purchased your disc in ITunes as I am in love with your songs! "

"Dan and the Beskydy band, you made our celebration so much fun and memorable. From the start, you answered every query promptly and were so accommodating to all our needs. We only had the hall for such a short time and you played for as long as you could. You saw when the guests needed upbeat music and when we needed a rest! "We just wanted to say a massive thank you for getting the party started. We had so many people say how much they enjoyed the ceilidh, lots who have never done it or even heard of it before and have now started to look for them closer to home! It made the wedding the most amount of fun and I felt like I actually saw all our guests even if it was for 30 seconds as they swung me round. My favourite memory was the cheer when everyone swapped partners and greeted someone new....it made me cry happy tears. Thank you a thousand times for making it the best day of our lives! "
