"Just wanted to say a huuuuge thank you to all of you at Mr Swing’s Dance Orchestra. You made the wedding evening truly amazing and absolutely eeeveryone loved you guys! So many people have said to us since the wedding how amazing you guys were! Thank you so so much, we had an absolutely fab time, I’m so glad you could play for us! "“Matt and his band from start to finish took my very precise requests and seemed to easily make my dream come true Each and every musician was on the top of the game and seamlessly blended into our Dj set . Taking my favourite songs and practising them before hand and executing them with their own style and finesse I would recommend them to anyone . A few People from my wedding said that they were the best band that they have ever seen . I searched through loads of bands hearing them beforehand and I knew these were the guys for the job they made the greatest day of our lives even better we are even thinking how to employ them again to have another party Thanks again guys”"

"From the time of our booking mid 2024 to our event in late March 2025, Leighton Gates has just been superb to work with in all aspects of our event planning. Saturday night was just brilliant with our 450 Rotarians and Rotaractors dancing the night away. From the second song onwards, we danced until the last song at nights end. Honi and Phil and the Standard Procedure band were just brilliant and did not miss a note! Thank you Leighton and your team and we look forward to seeing - and hearing you again soon!"

"Terrific and magical Having Chris come to my cousin's birthday was one of the best decisions I have made. My family thought he was absolutely perfect and loved his music. My cousin was happily surprised and was thankful for his attentiveness. He arrived promptly, set up, and played for the agreed amount of time. What I found so endearing is that he spoke to my cousin to get an idea of what songs she would like to hear. My cousin has a difficult time speaking due to her brain cancer, but Chris was very kind and took the time to understand her. I would definitely keep him in mind for future events. "

"My 40th birthday party was fast approaching and I made the decision to try and find a band as both my friends and I love to dance. A good friend recommended Goldsworth Gerry so I found where they were next playing and a group of us headed over to listen to them at a local pub. We had the best night and I didn’t hesitate to book them, they played music I have on my ipod and I love the way Martin sings so it was an easy decision to make. Martin was professional throughout our correspondence, learning four songs that meant the world to me and allowing me to organise the set list for the night. The songs they learnt I chose and then off they went to learn them and pull them together for my party night. On the night Goldsworth Gerry were there before I was!! All set up and ready to go. The music they played had everyone up and dancing, but it was the songs they learnt especially for my party were what truly made the night. Absolutely amazing night, just the way I dreamed it would be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goldsworth Gerry; reliable, professional and a quality band that ensures everyone is up and dancing."

"I first witnessed The DooLallys years ago at a kind of impromptu kitchen session. I think deeply soulful is the best way to describe their mix of pipes, strings, and song - seamless switches between O'Carolanesque 18th Century rave style to sweet balladeering, along with true and loving versions of traditional Irish music tunes, all layered with a knowing hedge school poetic sensibility. "
