"Dave did the music for my husband’s 50th in 2017, and then my 50th in 2023. I knew when I was planning my party that I would be booking Dave - he was so brilliant to work with the first time! Dave is one of the easiest people to liaise with when planning. He makes every effort to understand your needs and timings, and is flexible in terms with song choices, whether looking for a mix of live singing, using playlist, or ‘karaoke’ style for guests to join in. He will also adapt on the day/evening if the guests are making specific song requests and will allow them to sing into the microphone, whilst he accompanies on guitar – it’s amazing how many seemingly shy friends and family, suddenly become budding Rock Stars! I wouldn’t hesitate booking Dave again and have wonderful memories to thank him for. "

"VWGC made our church ceremony magical! Everybody commented how happy they looked and how wonderful they were. I sang and smiled the whole way through the ceremony thanks to them. I just wish we could do it all again. Thank you SO much for being part of our day and being so amazing. Music is the most important thing to me and you created exactly what I dreamed of. "Fantastic duo with a very good performance and amazing voice! All our guest gave very good feedback on the music, they danced and enjoyed the evening a lot. My husband said it was the best decision to book you both for the first evening of our wedding. Also for any other occasion we would recommend to book you both. "Dave was booked as Permission to Rock at my 60th birthday party and he was simply amazing. I danced all night long to my songs, many of which he learned for me. He was great to work with and I requested my play list which he did all night long. He also got people up singing and dancing all night which made a massive difference to me. Everyone came up to me and my family for many weeks afterwards saying how wonderful the music and singing were, it really made the party swing. I would highly recommend Dave for any gathering, he is very professional and a fabulous singer and guitar player. Tracy Beckwith August 2025 "
