"We wanted to say a massive thank you for the Brogues’ amazing music and entertainment at our wedding - we had a fantastic night! We particularly loved the ceilidh but it was all so brilliant. Thank you for incorporating the afrobeats tunes into the disco too - it definitely kept the (very warm) dance floor full and the party in full swing! We had so many compliments from guests on how great you all were and so many people who had never done ceilidh dancing before found that you made it so easy for them with the calling etc. We loved partying with you and think you are all great at what you do!"

"Amazing! I was born in Scotland, my whole family is born there, so when it came down to my wedding day I always knew I wanted a bagpiper to play at my ceremony. Living in Southern California now, I didn’t know if I could find an authentic piper to play at my wedding, that was until found Stephen Wilkinson! Not only did he ask what I wanted him to play,but he asked what colors he should wear that would best suit my wedding. He showed up early on the wedding day with a huge smile, he introduced himself to my family, who loved that, especially my nana who was visiting from Scotland for my wedding. She loved it, and he took personal pics with them before the ceremony even started. He led my dad and I down the aisle and and then led my new husband and I back down the aisle, after the ceremony. He played during cocktail hour also. My guests absolutely loved his presence there, his piping is spot on and amazing! Everyone commented on how cool it was to have a bagpiper there, and not only how great he was but how friendly he is too! If anyone is looking for a bagpiper for any occasion I highly recommend hiring Stephen Wilkinson. He is the best! 5 Stars!!"

You guys did a superb job and we loved the Orcadian Strip The Willow idea for our first dance, you were great at calling it and it was brilliant to see all our best friends and family up dancing with us. "As my siblings and I were assisting our father with planning out his memorial services, he had requested bagpipes be played. I began searching Google for pipers in my area and found 4 different providers. I emailed each one individually and within minutes of sending those emails Johnny was calling my phone. The way Johnny interacted with me over the phone and spoke with so much reverence and respect for my father, someone Johnny had never met, won me over almost instantly. Johnny acknowledged his availability on the day of the memorial services and then helped walk me through different ideas and musical numbers during our chat, he provided his pricing and explained every single detail possible so that I was fully informed of my options. I took notes and explained I would reach out to him after the family had made a decision on who we would select. I only heard back from 2 additional providers and they both were more expensive than Johnny and offered the same services...Johnny kept in contact with me very professionally, he wasn't aggressive or pushy, he simply checked in and asked if I needed anything or had questions before we had made our decision. Once we had verified that we wanted Johnny to be our piper, he checked in with me daily a couple of days before the day of the memorial services and verified he was ready and honored to be involved. The day of service Johnny arrived early, looking extremely proper and professional in his attire. He performed 2 musical numbers for the service and did such an amazing job, it was absolutely beautiful and set the perfect tone for what we were trying to accomplish. I could not ask for a better experience. After the services concluded, Johnny joined us graveside to pay his respects for my father, expressed his condolences to me and my family and expressed his gratitude for being in attendance, and being able to perform. Johnny is a fantastic guy and possess top shelf musical talent. There is no way you could have a bad experience with this guy. I have every intention of finding other events that we can hire Johnny for, because he is that great. He knows his stuff and demonstrates extreme pride and professionalism in everything he does. Johnny - thank you again for everything! I look forward to seeing you again. Please know that I don't give 5 star reviews to anyone, I don't feel that it's fair. To get 5 stars leads us to believe we have reached perfection and we lose our motivation to improve, change and work hard. Your 4 star review from me means I am beyond pleased with you and your services, but I don't have any feedback on what you could have or can do better. "Michael played the bagpipes at our wedding and was absolutely fantastic. He welcomed our guests with beautiful music as they arrived at the church and piped us out at the end of the ceremony — such a special touch. From the start, he was so friendly, laid-back, and easy to deal with, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Our guests loved his playing, and so did we — it added something really memorable to the day. Highly recommend!"

"We had our bagpipe player back out at the last min. Literally 45 min. Before our graveside service was to begin. We found Johnny Miner and we consider him to be a tender mercy! He dropped everything in his busy morning to play the bagpipes for us and it was so lovely, it couldn't have been better if he had any time to prepare.. which he didn't! I would recommend him to anyone. He is very talented and cared more about us and our situation than his own. Thank you Johnny!"

"We booked Pure Blarney after seeing the Promo video and reading their reviews. We wanted a band that would get all our guests on their feet and keep that dance floor filled all night, and wow did they deliver. They were absolutely amazing, from the songs, the interaction with the crowd and their energy, we definitely made the best decision. This truly is a band that you need at your wedding. Lively, enthuastic, entertaining, engaging and most of all an absolute brilliant bunch of people. Our guests have all said how fabulous they were, a lot have travelled from the UK, and have said it was the best band they have ever seen, and we both were blown away with how much they really made our night. Thank you guys, we could not have asked for anybody better!"
