"Sax & Piano Music during our 80th Birthday Celebration It was a pleasure to have Michael provide sax and piano music during my mother’s 80th birthday party. The entire experience, including Michael’s music, was exceptional. Michael’s talent, professionalism, attention to acoustics and guest age-ranges was superb. Michael also shared his ability to reach multilingual guests. It was simply fantastic. Michael’s musical presence added a warm touch to this rare gathering of friends and family and set a very pleasant tone that otherwise. would be dull and missing. "A rare sitar player who is performing traditional khmer music. It's always great to see and meet a typical khmer orchestra at weeding. Some are using MP3 or Youtube. Performing there is this interactivity. "

Hiya, thank you. Yes in some wedding ceremonies, there is no musicians and instead tunes from the machines such as Youtube are played. The atmosphere is different we can notice. Having a live performance is always better.

"The quartet arrived on time and worked with the very hot weather constraints exceedingly well, they played exactly what we asked for and Rachel clearly ensured this had been well communicated. The quartet managed to get others interested in their music too. Would definitely use them again."

"It's always better to have a live band performing at Cambodian wedding ceremonies. We were so impressed to meet a real orchestra at this wedding. The outfits are stunning. If you travel to Cambodia, you may visit Angkor Vat and you will hear this type of music playing by the temples."

"We did an outdoor ceremony for about 80 people. I provided a complex set-list, with timings for the key moments within the event, and they did absolutely fabulously. We had a few curveballs, because my family is a bit shameless-- as they went off-script. The musicians held poise, rolled with the punches, and executed the event as if it was all part of the plan. From initial discussions, to planning, to payments, to execution, Duo Maritimo was flawless. Thank you so much for making the ceremony a truly memorable, and magical event. Highly recommended!"
