"If you walked into The Pocket blindfolded last week you might have thought Tom Jones had dropped by to front this power trio. But there's no mistaking why they call Stephen Bailey 'The Wailer', as he fills the room with deep guttural blues you could be back in 50's Mississippi. With a rhythm section tighter than a bungee jumper's harness and keyboard skills that could give Jools Holland a run for his money, these guys mean business! "(Sax perspective) Do NOT slip on this man.. He wasn’t only easy to play with, but a joy to play with!! I can’t speak more highly even if I could. In the sax/woodwind world it’s tough because you’re more solo/lead dominant; Bear rose to the occasion and actually LISTENED as a TRUE percussionist. He’s a soloist AND instrumentalist, and that’s super hard to find. (ie. When I was playing straight through a solo.. he did; when I had rhythmic augmentation.. Bear did; no matter the tempi) DAWG."

"The Taylor Road Band played at the 13th Mutt Strutt event for Halifax Humane Society, and they were GREAT! Not only was the music fantastic, these guys are professionals. Showed up on time, respected requests from attendees, and even helped us emcee the event and made announcements. I would recommend them for your next event, large or small."

"Fabulous band, the singers vocal range is amazing. The band collectively are really talented and kept us fully entertained for the whole time. I even managed to get my dance averse husband on the floor. Who knew........wonders exist, just like this band."

"Amazing time had watching New Blanca Band at La Palmera . The band played brilliantly and the singer was absolutely amazing with her vocals. Great night had by all, in both entertainment and premises. We will definitely be returning to see this great live band again. We would definitely recommend this band for a great evening of entertainment. "

"I first saw this drummer perform for a show that took place in march and was instantly moved by the surreal sound of his drumming. His talent brought out excitement out of everyone one and he made the show a success. I can definitely say that he is a drummer to keep an eye on 😉"

"Purple llamas performed a brilliant turn at The Surrey Steampunk Convivial. Even when their 30 minute set followed an exciting and vibrant band, they managed by hook or by crook to get absolutely everyone on their feet and dancing; Fantastic value, great fun - and we’d love to have them back again and again!"

Andrew from the moment I contacted him he was fantastic, I started planning my wedding 2 years in advance his communication throughout this time was spot on, easy to talk to and filled me with confidence, I had seen some videos he put up and was impressed… and he exceeded our expectations, everyone loved him at our wedding!
