I have seen a few singers who do Piaf and don't get the French way of delivering those songs. But you were very good, felt the song, a mixture of pain and human hope that Piaf had. With elaborate costumes, excellent musicianship and some deadpan gags. It bills itself as Victorian but it's as if the Tardis has been employed to bring them closer to the now. Competing with the pounding drums from downstairs, this quartet create a powerful show with odes to freedom, love and loss and it would be churlish not to recommend this with utmost vim. "

"Absolutely fabulous, hugely entertaining and lovely music for a wedding, with a great variety of music keeping things going with a swing. The guests loved it and applauded at the end of each song. Highly recommend as not only fantastic artists but such nice guys too."

"Hi Mike, you were amazing! You really added to the relaxed, laid-back holiday atmosphere. All the guests loved it. I loved that you wandered around the grounds of the venue. I was peeping out of the window while getting ready for the wedding ceremony and thought yes, love him. You were really great and so easy to deal with. "We recently had the incredible experience of hiring Aleksei Chebeliuk as the accordionist for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, and he exceeded every expectation. Aleksei performed a beautiful variety of songs, including Ed Sheeran, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and a lovely selection of French and Italian love songs that made the atmosphere feel timeless and classic. His playlist blended perfectly with the style of our wedding, and many of our guests commented on how unique and unforgettable the live accordion music was compared to the usual recorded tracks. "We booked Fifi and Rico to play some music for my 30th birthday, a 1920's themed night in a large house. They were extremely professional and friendly and tailored the music to fit in with the evening. Everyone though they were wonderful and really helped make the night extra special. I think my favourite part of the whole weekend was when everyone was up dancing to Fifi’s and Rico's music. Would certainly recommend! Thank you Fifi and Rico!"

"10/09/2008 If you're looking for a romantic, yet fun and friendly Italian restaurant, then Il Forno is the place to go. This place gets very busy, especially on the weekends, so be prepared to wait. I'm not really big on ordering pasta from a restaurant, but I decided to go with that here. It was very garlicky and flavorful, but honestly, I am never really blown away by any pasta, since I can make some pretty good pasta at home. Apparently, this place is famous for their wood-fired pizza, and I really wish I would have tried that. I'd definitely like to go back someday to try it. While I was here, there was a guy walking around playing the accordion. This definitely added to the romantic and authentic atmosphere. I don't know why, but I always feel awkward around accordion guys--maybe it's some inner childhood phobia. I think I would be safe now though, since I heard they now have a harp player. If you're Celiac, you can request gluten-free pasta. Also, I think this is a place you might want to get dressed up a little for--it's kind of fancy. "

"We got married in France (Loire Valley) in June this year and Mike was amazing. Mike played on the chateau grounds as our guests starting arriving, through to our reception drinks after the ceremony. Mike also played a beautiful rendition of 'la vie en rose' as I walked down the aisle, it was truly perfect. I heard nothing but positive comments from my friends and family. His performance and setlist really did make the wedding day such a perfect day, setting the ambiance just right. The process of booking Mike was so easy with very good and fast communication, nothing was too much bother. Mike is a very friendly and talented person and it was lovely to meet him."
