"Cats Claw stood out in the promo presentations. We started out with high anticipation.... we ended with expectations exceeded! All-round 5 stars for the practical, professional, and logistical stuff. 6+ stars for personality and friendliness:) 10 stars for the reciprocal engagement with the floor and the mood. I've worked at festival stages with ceilidh bands (I booked CC for this wedding) and CC are a group that just kept giving. Be clear about your needs and they will meet them. The feedback and accolades from the wedding couple and guests were great... and also some neighbours who listened in! Job done... thanks Cats Claw. "

"Thank you so much for providing the music for our wedding reception. You and Alan did an incredible job of leading the ceilidh (with some guests who have never been in a ceilidh). "22nd January 2020. Bob Ferguson Songwriter. The last couple of years we had the pleasure of having the Scottish musician Bob Ferguson on stage. He is a great performer. With Bob in the house, you're sure of having an entertaining afternoon or evening. And the music he's playing is diverse. Scottish and Irish folk, but also songs made by himself. We knew Bob already from concerts he played in our folkclub with Beggars Row and Celtic Hearts. But his solo concerts are also from high quality. So whenever you have the chance to get him on stage in your folkclub, bar or festival.....?! Book this guy! "

"On time and very professional. The Celtic Bagpipe Team was awesome! My husband and I ran late to his surprise retirement party and they were very understanding. They were incredible nice, kind, professional and played amazzzzing bagpipes ?. Will hire again and tell others! Thank you!"

"Annasach played our wedding and despite having a bunch of amateurs attempting it they kept their spirits up. I honestly couldn’t have hoped for a nicer, better, happier band to break the ice between two cultures. Would definitely book you all again and recommend you. "We had them come and do an evening for us. They were incredible! They kept everyone engaged and I don't think anyone sat down they all were joining in and enjoying the ceilidh. They were also incredibly professional with communication. They were fast and efficient when I had questions they were fast to reply and they are really worth every penny! Could not recommend them more!!! Will definitely be booking them for future events."

"The Brogues were absolutely brilliant at our wedding at the Oran Mor last week. Couldn’t rate them highly enough and everyone has been singing their praises since. We had many English guests who haven’t ceilidh danced before and the band did such an excellent job of explaining the dances and breaking them into small chunks before building it up to the whole thing. I haven’t stopped watching and laughing at the videos of everyone’s attempts! Communication in advance was also brilliant and all members of the band so friendly. One of our best decisions for the wedding - thank you so much!"

"Everything went very well. We were absolutely delighted with Beer For Breakfast, we feel that you helped to make our special day even more special. All of our guests without exception have commented on how good you were and what fun they had. We were at another wedding last weekend and everyone who had also attended ours kept coming over and telling us that the band was not in the same league as "the fantastic ceilidh band" at our wedding! "Catherine Little was my favourite vendor to work with when planning our wedding. She was so sweet, quick, and accommodating to any idea I put forward while also offering much needed guidance. We had her play solo during the ceremony, while guests were being seated, and during the cocktail hour. It was such a nice touch to our wedding day and her cello playing was beautiful. Highly recommend!"
