"I booked Blag to play for my wedding and I was astonished by their ability to play almost any genre of music. They have a really lively act and are very down-to-earth, polite and professional to work with. It was clear that they really love playing music and their energy and enthusiasm infused the whole evening. The wedding reception was running late with the speeches and food, so Blag wandered around the tables playing violin and guitar acoustically before they played their evening set….It was magical. If I ever get married again, Blag will be my band of choice!!!"

The music was super and it was a relief to me that you just got on with the job so efficiently and unobtrusively, so I didn't need to think about that side of things at all. "We first heard the Brogues play at a ceilidh a couple of years ago and knew we wanted them to play at our wedding. They make dancing effortless for those who've danced before and those that haven't. They play with such musicality and joy, and helped make our wedding day fun and inclusive. We wouldn't hesitate to ask them to play at future events. Thanks Alan & Grace!"

"More than 5 Stars!!! There are no words because when everyone was welcomed with bag pipes at my husband's 50th birthday celebration, they were absolutely speechless!! What an amazing touch they brought to our event. So talented, friendly, and beyond everything we expected. "Wow wow wow. Now that we’ve just about recovered Liam and I wanted to say massive thank you to you and the boys. You gave us the absolute night of our lives. Both of us, and so so many of our guests think you guys are the best wedding band we’ve ever seen. You were absolutely stunning in every sense of the word. We had an absolute ball at the ceilidh and every single song for the dj set was a banger. All of our friends were raving about you. I’ve been asked at least ten times for your name over the last two days! It was fantastic. Liam and I are so grateful. Thank you so very much, it was the best night of both of our lives!"

"We had them come and do an evening for us. They were incredible! They kept everyone engaged and I don't think anyone sat down they all were joining in and enjoying the ceilidh. They were also incredibly professional with communication. They were fast and efficient when I had questions they were fast to reply and they are really worth every penny! Could not recommend them more!!! Will definitely be booking them for future events."
