Your song selection was totally spot on all through the night and we really enjoyed dancing and listening to you. In particular, thank you for finding the time to learn and sing ‘our song’, which we had as the first dance on our wedding day. You performed it beautifully and it meant so much to us. "Well hello, it’s Larry Richmond back on the entertainment scene, and so good to be attending live entertainment again. On Sunday 20th February I attended the Pheasantry in Chelsea, to see Lorraine & The Flames. This gig was produced by Aspects Productions and presented in association with Pizza Express Live. I had previously seen the band’s showreel and was looking forward to seeing them live on stage. The Pheasantry is one of London’s top two cabaret rooms. I arrived well in time to order a meal and a bottle of wine. The show started at 8.00 pm. The venue was full. After an introduction by the compere, Lorraine looking stunningly elegant in her long glittering dress entered the room from the above stage balcony and slowly descended the stairway singing her opening song. Throughout the 90 min show, consisting of two 45 min sets, Lorraine backed by her excellent band of piano, bass, drums, and guitar, gave us the best of the American songbook in a relaxed and stylish style which was a joy to hear and see. I understand that Lorraine Heavey was a successful professional performer in her native Ireland during the early part of her career, and then gave up performing to marry and start a family. How glad I am that this talented lady has decided to return to her showbiz career and is now performing again. Lorraine Heavey has that certain element that we call ‘star’ quality. I hear through the grapevine that Lorraine and The Flames will be performing again at the Pheasantry later this year on the 6th Sept and at another of London’s top cabaret rooms, The Crazy Coqs, on the 3rd of October. "Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio: abbiamo ingaggiato i Tea for three in versione trio e hanno superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Non avevamo dubbi che la scaletta sarebbe stata perfetta per noi, che la voce di Elena e la musica sarebbero state impeccabili ma... Oltre ad essere addirittura meglio dal vivo rispetto ai video che avevamo visto e ascoltato... Quello che davvero ci ha stupite e rassicurate fin dal primo contatto telefonico è stata la professionalità e la presa in carico della situazione. Elena e i ragazzi non solo hanno capito e accolto le nostre richieste... Autonomi e allo stesso tempo perfettamente in sintonia con il succedersi dei momenti, sono stati un punto fermo per tutta la serata; al primo incontro di persona, 10 giorni prima dell'evento, quando ancora tante cose erano in forse e indefinite, conoscere Elena mi ha fatto tirare un sospiro di sollievo, e ha veramente fatto la differenza nel caos di ansia da preparativi. Sono una sicurezza prima durante e dopo (vedi labirinto del borderò siae) l'evento! ANCORA GRAZIE!"

"Absolutely fabulous evening with the 19Sixties - everyone who came to our works dinner & dance loved this band (all ages from 18-80). Really amazing musicians (no backing tracks - real music!) On a personal note - extremely friendly people to deal with and very good communications. Also very flexible on timings - as the hotel we held our function at was very slow on the food service which delayed us getting onto the dancefloor, but the band were very patient waiting in the sidelines. From the minute they started playing the dance floor was packed and it stayed that way for the rest of the evening. Overall a brilliant evening of entertainment and we would most definitely recommend this band and we are so happy that we picked them. "
