"We had them come and do an evening for us. They were incredible! They kept everyone engaged and I don't think anyone sat down they all were joining in and enjoying the ceilidh. They were also incredibly professional with communication. They were fast and efficient when I had questions they were fast to reply and they are really worth every penny! Could not recommend them more!!! Will definitely be booking them for future events."

"The Swinton Folk Festival was a little wet, due to howling gales, but it didn't seem to dampen the enthusiasm of those inside the Lancastrian Hall, Best gigs of the event went to Stanley Accrington and a new bunch to me called Beer for Breakfast, (what an awful name,) but nothing awful about their Celtic influenced folk and swing. They did doubly well as their regular fiddler was absent having chopped off his fingers; very bright. Get in touch people if you read this."

"Highlight of the wedding! The Brogues were such a fantastic part of our wedding. They called the dances in a clear but fun way, which made everyone want to get involved. Their playing was top-notch. We were delighted to have them at our wedding, and would definitely recommend them to others!"

"Thank you and your team for a truly excellent evening on Saturday at South Warnborough. We had a full house and everyone seemed to be fully engaged in the event. We certainly didn’t have any sliding away early unless they had to! Please thank the team for all their support, and in particular please pass on my personal thanks again to Alistair for composing his hornpipe, “Old Navigator’s Measure”, especially for me. We would like to get our booking in for a similar Saturday next year, so please can you see if you can fit us in? Thank you again for a wonderful evening."

"Absolutely fantastic! I booked Rufus Return for a charity event where the age range was from 4 to 80 years young! A lot of of those attending had never been to a Ceilidh and they are now raving about it and asking when the next one is! Nigel and the band paced everything well to the crowd and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Already looking for dates for next year and will definitely book Rufus Return! Thank you guys so much for a great night! "

"Bob was booked for a Burns supper. He was really flexible in what he could offer; I was asking him to play over a prolonged period of time, not a 40min 'set'. He engaged with the crowd brilliantly, and really brought the songs to life. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and would absolutely use again, thank you Bob."

"Thank you and your group very much indeed for giving us a super night on Saturday, there was much fun and laughter all round and excellent dancing too! We really enjoyed the music and your lady caller was amazing with her help in so many ways and so subtle which was wonderful please do thank her. We have had many compliments about your band and so many, dancers or not, who really enjoyed the atmosphere. (Dain, Mansfield) "

"I wanted to say a huge thank you from Steph and me for the amazing twmpath at our wedding last Saturday. We had a fantastic time and loved the dancing, it was a great ice breaker and a lot of our guests said how much fun they had. Hopefully we're not the worst dancers you've ever had! Please pass our thanks on to Mic and the rest of Cat's Claw. If we can leave a review anywhere that would be helpful for you, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to do so. Thanks again, we had a great day and have lots of great memories from the dancefloor! "

"Local wedding we enjoyed a mix of easy listening music, to start the evening, customised dance list then a ceilidh dance segment with a caller to get the party into full swing followed again by another live music set. Brilliant combo great to get everyone involved. Reasonable pricing for all that you enjoy. Really made the wedding special Thank you"

"Made our father's memorial perfect. Brock and Toni played beautifully. During the memorial, Brock made sure each guest felt personalized as he would play a piece after speaking to them. Toni gave us ideas of what we possibly might want to do for the services. Together their playing Amazing Grace was incredible moving! Every one felt the tribute plus Toni had ideas that were used and greatly appreciated. We wouldn't have had such perfection without her advice. If you're looking for Pipers with care and kindness, they are definitely the choice."

"Excellent in all areas! Help and advice was willing given prior to our event. On the evening, the band arrived on time and set up quickly and efficiently. Their music was very professional, and the caller was very good indeed - he got everyone up and dancing, laughing and having a great time. Feedback from those who came to our Ceilidh was brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend this band. Louise Cooper, Events Manager, Grantham Canal Society"
