The event was great fun and I am delighted to tell you that the event was an overwhelming success and raised over £30,000, which will go towards our healthcare projects in Malawi, Nepal and India – Thank you so much for being there! Everyone was very impressed with the ceilidh on the night and it really added to the evening."

"We had such good feedback about your performance! Everyone that came had a great time and that’s definitely down to the superb music and also the very well-explained and inclusive calling. I honestly would not have believed that the majority of people dancing were new to ceilidh dancing from watching them, they all took to it really fast. "Given that 80% of our guests had never ceilidh’d before, the brogues did a wonderful job of leading dances where everyone could get involved and felt very much part of the celebrations. We’ve had so many compliments from our guests about how much they loved it and can’t wait to get ceilidhing again! Thank you!"

"Cats Claw stood out in the promo presentations. We started out with high anticipation.... we ended with expectations exceeded! All-round 5 stars for the practical, professional, and logistical stuff. 6+ stars for personality and friendliness:) 10 stars for the reciprocal engagement with the floor and the mood. I've worked at festival stages with ceilidh bands (I booked CC for this wedding) and CC are a group that just kept giving. Be clear about your needs and they will meet them. The feedback and accolades from the wedding couple and guests were great... and also some neighbours who listened in! Job done... thanks Cats Claw. "

"Thank you so so much for your performance on Saturday night, I cannot express to you how much everyone loved it, especially those who had actually never been to a ceilidh before! Honestly fantastic. You were amazing.  Thank you again so very much we all had a fantastic time and managed to raise about £5000 on the night and with my London marathon fundraising, I have raised about £12,000 for Cancer Research.  "

We certainly didn’t have any sliding away early unless they had to! "Cathy and the rest of the folk music band she plays with performed at our Relationship Celebration. They gave a fantastic set for our celebration's ceilidh! The music was high energy and fantastic to dance to and the caller's instructions were always clear. They even incorporated a special dance request (which was not the easiest to call for a large crowd of ceilidh novices!). Cathy was easy to communicate with on the lead up to the celebration - I cannot recommend her and her band more!"
