"We first heard the Brogues play at a ceilidh a couple of years ago and knew we wanted them to play at our wedding. They make dancing effortless for those who've danced before and those that haven't. They play with such musicality and joy, and helped make our wedding day fun and inclusive. We wouldn't hesitate to ask them to play at future events. Thanks Alan & Grace!"

"Annasach played for our wedding in June 2018 near Livingston, where most of the guests were not regular ceilidh goers but almost all got up to give it a go! Thanks to the team for the rousing tunes and good calling, which made even the novices feel that they could join in the fun. We loved Auld Lang Syne at the end too - a brilliant end to our special day. Annasach were easy to deal with and professional from the beginning, we would definitely recommend them to others looking for a ceilidh band for their event. We look forward to attending one of their public ceilidhs again soon!"

"Annasach ceilidh band were extremely professional, friendly and were able to adapt to the demands of a wedding in France. The guests were all raving about the fun they had Ceilidh dancing. Trisha, the caller managed to talk the guests through the steps keeping it as simple as possible. This was appreciated by all the guests including the experienced and novice Ceilidh dancers."

"Wow, just wow. We hired the Brogues for our daughters wedding, who wasn't convinced a Ceilidh was for them. To start with Grace is a fabulous communicator, nothing was too much trouble and lots of questions were asked to make sure the evening went down with a bang. The Ceilidh was just fabulous, EVERYONE got involved, and the instructions from the band was great. They had patience of Saints, and even threw some humour in too. Our daughter and son in law LOVED it ( a bit of kudos for me) and said 'it made' the wedding evening. So, if you're considering booking them we really cannot recommend The Brogues enough. Competitively priced and simply the best entertainment we've had for years. You won't regret it!"

"The Brogues provided our wedding in Largs with 5 hours of fun Ceilidh and disco dancing at a very affordable price - I don't think they could have been beaten on value. We had friendly Grace on keyboard and sweet Alan on fiddle, and together they produced that distinct Scottish Ceilidh sound, beautifully. They played a well-balanced mix of group and couples dances, interspersed with well needed refreshment breaks, and concluded the Ceilidh with EVERYBODY on the dance floor for the head-dizzying 'Strip the Willow'. Grace did an amazing job on the mic, explaining the various dance routines and keeping everybody right. For many of our guests it was their first Ceilidh experience, and the Brogues certainly made it one we all will never forget. Everybody smiled and perspired heavily - a sure sign of thorough enjoyment! Our first dance was made extra special, with Grace and Alan performing a very romantic cover of 'How Long Will I Love You' - which would honestly not have sounded better had Ellie Goulding been there to sing it herself! The evening was then rounded off with a disco of songs, superbly mixed, from our chosen playlist. Grace and Alan, thanks again. You were lovely and truly helped us have the best wedding possible! "We had a couples dinner for Valentines Day and we booked the duo which was the perfect entertainment while we had dinner and a fun games night. The band were open to my ideas and flexible, helped me plan and learnt new songs for the evening. I really enjoyed their energy they gave and they helped an intimate evening feel energetic, fun and we will always remember the special evening.
