"We had a great time dancing at our wedding; the band brought the floor to life and the vibe was amazing!"

"We first heard the Brogues play at a ceilidh a couple of years ago and knew we wanted them to play at our wedding. They make dancing effortless for those who've danced before and those that haven't. They play with such musicality and joy, and helped make our wedding day fun and inclusive. We wouldn't hesitate to ask them to play at future events. Thanks Alan & Grace!"

"It was lovely to see you last evening and to hear your brilliant band! Hearing live music played so well was a real treat after the last 2 years. Tom was as fantastic as ever guiding us through the dances and he always makes it so much fun. Everyone had a great time and they didn’t want to go home!"

"I asked Oscar and his brother Barney to record a cover of my mums favourite song for her birthday and she absolutely loved it! It was a beautiful and very personal gift at a time when I couldn't be with her in person. Thank you both!"

"Absolutely fantastic! I booked Rufus Return for a charity event where the age range was from 4 to 80 years young! A lot of of those attending had never been to a Ceilidh and they are now raving about it and asking when the next one is! Nigel and the band paced everything well to the crowd and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Already looking for dates for next year and will definitely book Rufus Return! Thank you guys so much for a great night! "

"Roberts music was the perfect touch to a perfect day. Both the highland pipes solo and the trio performing together was awesome. He worked with us and our ceremony plans and provided excellent ideas and professional input. We both highly recommend Robert and his trio!!"

"A massive thank you to you and the guys for being a part of our day on Saturday! We had an absolute ball and I think our guests did too. The ceilidh was brilliant, you all did such an amazing job getting everyone involved. We had a lot of comments from friends and family about how much fun they had in the evening."

"What an amazing evening we had! Thank you so much Guy. Please pass on our thanks to the rest of your band. They got people dancing who would normally be interested spectators! We have had several messages this morning saying how well it all went. What a blessing I heard about you!! "

"I had the best time with the Barn Buskers celebrating my 50th birthday. From the minute I booked them to the moment they had to leave they were brilliant. The youngest guest was 2, the oldest was 85 and everybody said what a fantastic time they had. Knees hurt but cheeks hurt more from all the smiling and laughing. The caller did extraordinarily well keeping us all together. Note to self.....must learn left from right šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ If you are looking for some talented musicians with a flare to keep the party going, at a pace that suits your needs, then look no further. I believe a friend has booked them for their wedding next year, and I for one can't wait to do it all again 🩷 Huge thank you to Judy and co. Truly a most memorable day 🩷🄳"

"14th Feb 2020. Vijverpark Festival. Always good fun to see Bob Ferguson on stage. A good singer and the audience is always engaged and involved. If you're in for some good music and fun, Bob's your uncle! A good variety of songs also."
Menno Schilstra, ( Vijverpark Festival. )

"If you're looking for a band who can come onstage to a marquee full of people quietly chatting and drinking and within minutes turn them into full-scale dance Machine with everybody in the place laughing and enjoying themselves, Then I think BLAG might be the act for you. Guests at our event (held to raise funds to prevent the destruction of a greenbelt zone) ranged from 20s to 60s, But all were captivated by the humour professionalism and generally good time emanating from rom the band. I am a professional filmmaker and have shot an l lot of promo videos for bands, from Euorope (yep, ā€œthe final countdownā€) to Paul Young to AC/DC, and BLAG have that same charismatic quality that you see in all these massively successful bands. For a 3 piece they also a pack a monster sound, and over the course of three sets in one evening they played not only the gay Gordons and other traditional stuff but also sex and drugs and rock'n' roll and people are strange by the doors - not something you hear from average ceilidh band. I would highly recommend them if you're having any kind of function we want to get the whole crowd involved. Oh and did I mention they’re very nice guys as well?"

"Kevin & the Kitchen Sink was a pleasure to work with from the moment we contacted them. They created a perfect playlist, including a specially requested song (my parent’s first dance song from 40 years ago!) and the band was incredible! The crowd was on the dance floor the whole night. We couldn’t have been happier with this band and would highly recommend them. Thank you Kevin & the Kitchen Sink for such a great party! "
