"Brilliant time singing along with Harmonica Lewinsky and his enormous repertoire? I had a German friend with me who had never experienced the delights of a good old Cockney Sing-along. She loved it and joined in with the rest of us singing. (Once I’d Googled the Lyrics!) Great Fun! Looking forward to his next gig ?"

"Rippin Riffs! Honkin'Harmonica! Pretty realistic drums. Plenty of volume to fill any honky-tonk on the pike. Puts his heart into keeping it lively. Never takes a break! Not even between songs! Gotta see to believe! "

"Trovati per caso navigando su internet, ci siamo sentiti telefonicamente ed è sembrato di parlare con degli amici! Dal momento che ci siamo visti, abbiamo trovato dei ragazzi gentilissimi, simpaticissimi e pronti ad esaudire i nostri desideri! Per tutto l'aperitivo in giardino hanno cantato azzeccando tutte le canzoni adatte a noi e all'atmosfera, e senza di loro, durante la cerimonia e la cena non ce l'avremmo fatta! Dei ragazzi speciali! Found by chance while surfing the internet, we got in touch by phone and it felt like we were talking to friends! From the moment we saw each other, we found very kind, very nice guys and ready to fulfill our wishes! Throughout the cocktail hour in the garden they sang getting all the songs right for us and the atmosphere, and without them, during the ceremony and dinner we couldn't have done it! Special guys!"

"The Distance literally blew my mind. 2 extremely talented people playing live music you would normally need 12 members to perform live. Not only are they amazing musicians, wait till you hear their vocal talents! Absolutely amazing! Highly recommended :)"

"Well now I need to go and plan another event just to have Drew back, so I can enjoy his music a little longer ha ha. That is, if you love the harmonica, guitar and the blues dobro, I could listen to it all day. On a serious note, my memorial event for my father who passed was MADE because Drew was able to take one of my Dads songs he wrote and make it come alive. Along with singing other chosen special songs too, (amazing Grace on the dobro was something I didn’t know I needed) it made the whole event. I was so thankful for the extra time and care he took with the song, and working with me! Definitely recommend Drew, you won’t be disappointed!"

"The Distance played at our companies 10th anniversary event. We absolutely loved them and have had comments from both staff and clients since the event. They really made our night unique. They were professional, kept in contact (we even booked them at really short notice and they were so SO helpful!), and honestly just made the night special. Fantastic at their craft, the loveliest and most down to earth people, worked around speeches etc. Highly recommend! Thanks Soph and Mat! "

"We booked the distance for several shows at Shaw Hill golf and spa hotel for Christmas 2015. What a fantastic group! The guests loved them the energy was amazing and songs out of this world they obviously spent time putting together a solid song to ensure a wide ranging audience was kept entertained. "We cannot thanks Denis enough for providing such an amazing evening for us and our guests. He had asked if we wanted to create a playlist or if we had any special requests prior to the event, but we both love to be a bit spontaneous. We gave him a free rein on music choice asking him to "read the room & play to the crowd" so to speak… and he certainly did that and much much more! He kept our guests engaged & involved throughout and friends were talking about it in the weeks to follow. We just can’t praise this wonderful man enough. Thank you so very much Denis! "We had the beautiful Serena and Brian sing at our wedding weekend in June! They were absolutely amazing and the most loveliest and friendly people to work with! I had a specific request to combine two songs together for the aisle walk and they done this absolutely beautifully! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you again so much "

"Luís was hired for a surprise proposal. He was part of the surprise and played in a chapel in Palácio da Penha in Sintra city with his harmonica and guitar. His interpretation of Bob Dylan and the Beatles' song was fantastic. The bride said yes ❤️"
