Review Centre: Party Bands

"After weeks and weeks of looking for a wedding band we stumbled across Surefire Trio. We were worried organising an Irish wedding from the UK would be complicated but Roy was an absolute dream to work with, made the whole process so stress free! We opted for the band and DJ for the night, they were perfect and fantastic value for money, our initially reserved crowd were up dancing in no time! They performed an excellent mix of music and played a playlist of music of our choice while the evening buffet was being served, then the DJ kept the music going til the early hours. I had 100% confidence in them as they are true professionals, talented musicians and really know how to read a crowd. I would recommend these guys to get any party going!"

"The Street Foxes made our wedding absolutely unforgettable! Their performance was energetic, elegant, and truly professional from start to finish. The combination of amazing vocals and live saxophone brought such a unique vibe to the day. All our guests couldn’t stop raving about the music. "Brought all the vibes!! We had Peter perform at our engagement party and he was a huge hit!!! He strolled around with his saxophone, playing over tracks we all know and love, and interacting with the audience (just the right amount). Would definitely recommend him to enhance the vibe and add fun to any event!"

"I hired the DeeVines for my 50th birthday bash November 2022. They were very professional indeed, they were on site, set up and out of the way before my guests arrived. From the moment they started playing they had my friends and family on the dance floor. However, the biggest surprise was that my partner told them that I was a huge Gary Numan fan and despite them being a RnB band, they learnt a Gary Numan song just for me and even let me sing it with the band, what a fantastic gesture, that really made my night!! The days that followed I was asked multiple times who the band was, and I was more than happy to pass on their details. I wouldn’t think twice about booking these guys again for any future celebration. If you are thinking of booking them, just do it, you won’t be disappointed."

"Encrypted Love Indra has been performing at Plugged In Switched On for several years now and she is one of the most accomplished and talented musicians I have had the pleasure of working with. She is very professional and organised and always gets to the venue in good time for her performance, sound check or whatever. She has a way of making any song her own and breathing new life into them usually with an Encrypted Love twist in the tail. She has a very natural way with audiences and soon has them eating out of her hand. In short Indra is a professional artist / entertainer of the highest caliber and I do not hesitate to recommend her to any person or organisation that might have need of her services."

"From the moment we heard the band virtually, we knew we needed to book them for our wedding in Tuscany. As a bride from Canada I was worried about not being able to find a band for our ceremony and aperitif and not being able to hear them live as we would only be meeting them the day of the wedding. Ivan made us feel so confident in our choice and answered all our questions prior to booking, as well as assist in tailoring the song choices to our preference. The band was one of the highlights of our wedding and our guests could not stop talking about how talented and amazing they were. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting the perfect musical group to compliment their wedding."

"Filippo and Azu were absolutely fantastic. Myself and my wife booked The Mirrors for our wedding day, the most important of our lives and the band did not disappoint in anyway. Communication was great leading up to the wedding. They arrived on time, looking great and then played the most perfect set with wonderful enthusiasm and soul during dinner. "We saw this dynamic duo perform at a summer wedding and we were so wowed by their energy and talent that we booked them for our anniversary/birthday celebrations. Filippo and Azu delivered a 2 hour set of classic songs with such fun, panache and sentimentality; we were dancing, singing and taking a trip down memory lane with the songs that marked the decades and our milestones. Azu's vocal range is amazing and Filippo is a masterblaster on his guitar! They are polite, affable, very easy to communicate with and they truly put heart and soul into their fantabulous performances. Book this thrilling class act for your event if you enjoy their genre of songs. This accomplished duo will effortlessly jazz up celebrations in a cosy private setting or pull in the crowd for a big event. "I hired Jahangir to perform at my garden party and was instantly impressed. Being a perfectionist, I have very high expectations yet Jahangir managed to not only meet them but also exceed them. Everything was perfect! His professionalism and kind nature made him a joy to work with and put all my concerns to ease. Jahangir has a particular magic about him when he plays that mesmerises those listening, enriching the whole experience. All our guest were raving about the event, particularly his perfomance.
