"What a performer! Professional and really did more than we ever expected. This was my first Burns Night but Tom brought a wealth of experience to make it such a wonderful evening!! He knew what to do before I did. Just wonderful and is a must for any occasion!"

"We were fortunate to book Dave for my Mom's memorial service. We have deep Scotch-Irish heritage in our family - hearing Dave play the classics so beautifully in the church and later at the cemetery provided a great sense of comfort for my family on this emotional day. I will not hesitate to try to book in the future. On time, handled a memorial like a pro, played so well. THANK YOU, DAVE!"

"We had Johnny play his bagpipes for my mothers graveside service and he did an absolutely amazing job! We were thrilled with how everything went. We appreciated his professionalism, his knowledge of the bagpipes and traditions that go along with them, his talent, and especially his thoughtfulness about the situation as it was a difficult time for us. He was at the grave site early and stayed for as long as we needed him dispite the very cold wind we had that day. I would highly recommend him."

"If you are looking for a unique, diverse musical sound for an occasion, then book The Achill Lads. They are exceptionally talented musicians with style/genres ranging from traditional Irish/occasion/church music, piping, folk and singing. The variety of instruments they can play is astonishing! Their professionalism is second to none and I have been lucky to perform with them throughout the years. We were very honoured to have them perform at our Wedding last year and they were amazing! "Johnny was amazing at my FIL services. He helped my MIL with the hardest choices in her life trying to pick music and helping with an Irish funeral and burial. He was professional and empathetic to the situation, and he was very well priced. If you need a bagpiper for one of your events, please consider Johnny.
