"We were delighted with the 19Sixties at our joint 70th birthday party at the Bishops Palace in Wells last Saturday. We are renowned for our parties so you had a tough act to follow but you created a great atmosphere and everyone thought the music was fantastic. It was especially good for me as you kindly allowed me to run through a couple of songs in advance of the party so I could re-live my youth as an aged rocker. This made it special for me and I’d like to thank you, Garf and Wayne for accommodating me in such a welcoming fashion. Well done and I have no hesitation in recommending you for similar events. "What did we want? Something a little bit different to entertain our guests of a mixed age group, something that was current and fresh with a nod to the traditional, fun but not cheesy. Musically Excellent. (I'm an ex cruise ship performer so quite fussy.) Trip 4 Biscuits achieved this in spades and has been one of the main talking points of our wedding at the Berry Head Hotel. Think Dua Lipa, Moose T. Right said Fred Sung to perfection in a sequined Ball gown with Tuxedoed Musicians in a 1920's/30's speakeasy style, arrangements that are simply impossible not to tap your feet or dance to. Well done to Laura and the band Edward and Lewis xx"

"Brian and his band provided us with the most wonderful entertainment for our wedding this month. Right from the start Brian was easy to communicate and organise things with, they hardly required anything from us in order to come & play and where very flexible even when our plans changed at the last minute. We thoroughly enjoyed the music they played and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a band for a wedding."

"The band created a cozy atmosphere at my husband's fiftieth birthday party. Young and old enjoyed the music. The level of all band members is very high. Marcia sings flawlessly and makes contact with the audience in a natural way. Highly recommended!"

"Thank you to Martyn and the rest of the Backbeats for a fantastic evening, they played a mix of music for suit all ages and their live 60's music was perfect for the party with many commenting on how good they were. Communication was fantastic throughout and made the organisation of the party easier. I would not hesitate to recommend this band! Thanks again!"

"USA Jazz Club Antwerp: We waren opzoek naar een stijlvolle band die toch een ‘feestelijke’ sfeer kan neerzetten, zo kwamen we bij FÊTE LAWEIT terecht. De eerlijke filmpjes die we vonden gaven ons de indruk dat dit een verzorgd project is. Leuke originele arrangementen, verzorgde uitvoering, enthousiasme op het podium en afwissellend repertoire met enkele ‘niet alledaagse’ stukken. Een bisnummer was onvermijdelijk om dit feestelijk concert af te sluiten. "

"Marcia Bamberg and her Swing Quartet opened the Django Gypsy Festival in The Hague. Excellent vocals as expected from a vocal coach, gives swing jazz another layered dimension. Marcia has a seasoned professional band and most are familiar with the bass player Daniël Gueli, who also works / plays with many other artists like Paulus Schafer, Stochelo Rosenberg, Mozes Rosenberg, and many others here in the EU. Daniël is also a very nice guy along with his talent. Watch for Marcia Bamberg Swing Quartet upcoming shows. She and fellow musicians are worth reviewing and following."

"I can't rate The Moochers highly enough. They did an amazing job and worked really well with the dancers. Kathleen's voice is beautiful and band sounded amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough - definitely book these guys if you are having a 1920's / Great Gatsby themed event, you will not be disappointed."
