Review Centre: Roaming Musicians

"On December 1st 2018 our daughter Kerry married her partner Clare at the Milky Way Wedding Barn. The previous year we attended a Wedding Fayre where we spotted Tim playing the saxaphone and we promptly booked him to play at their wedding. The girls didn’t have any particular thoughts on what music they wanted at the time and Tim was extremely helpful with suitable suggestions especially the classical pieces. Tim patiently awaited their choices and didn’t even blink an eye when bizarrely one of the songs they asked him to play afterwards for fun was the Benny Hill theme tune !! This went down very well indeed with all. I suppose a saxaphone isnt the usual choice for wedding music but I have say it was perfect. It sounded mellow and smooth during the little ceremony and upbeat and fun for the champagne reception afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Tim again and I hope we have the opportunity to do so at some point. We had lots of feedback from our guests wondering where we found Tim and all thoroughly enjoyed listening to him and I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets a few bookings from our part of Devon in the future. "Michael showcased good skill and versatility, offering a wonderful variety of songs that kept the atmosphere vibrant and engaging. However, there were moments when the music seemed a bit too quiet and there were occasional connection issues that limited his mobility. Despite these minor hiccups, all my guests enjoyed his music."

"The best bongo player! We hired Sebastian for our wedding last week and he did not disappoint! His sets were lengthy and during them he played along to almost everything our DJ threw at him and had everyone up dancing! I truly believe without him, the atmosphere wouldn’t have been the same. Cant thank him enough and would recommend him over and over again!"

"Christina and Harry did an amazing set at our wedding, they really made the perfect atmosphere. Christina has a great voice and guests loved them. Booking them was so easy and they learnt our requested songs. Great that they were able to move with our guests on the day, so they could enjoy their music outside too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!"

"Jade’s beautiful music echoing off of the castle walls was enchanting. Very atmospheric. Jade is a very professional and friendly young lady. We had so many wonderful comments from our guests. We also had a colleague of Jade playing violin. They really complimented each. Thank you for being a part of our special day."

" THE BEST!!! Wow this man is incredible with the saxophone. I hired him for a surprise engagement in a private room and as we walked in he was playing one of our favorite song and played all through the night. He will be at our wedding for sure! Highly recommended. "

"Absolutely super. It was our Christmas party, so there were about sixty people there, and it was really nice. It was nice, gentle music, the accordion had a lovely sound, the volume was good, we had a really super time. "

"Went to a party where Jamie was playing along to the DJ’s music. Jamie was brilliant, he played along to the songs and really took the party up a notch. Would highly recommend Jamie for any event."

"Beautiful voices! We wanted a group to sing during our ceremony, and out of all the options we looked at, they were by far the best. The girl has an amazing voice, and the guy plays piano, guitar, and sings, pure talent. They also added the five songs we requested, which made the moment even more special. They told us to stop by here and leave a review to help them grow, so here we are!"

"Mark was absolutely fantastic on Saturday 9th July for my best friends wedding reception. So glad I found him. Played 2 hours during the day and then 2 hours in the evening and absolutely smashed it, the choice of songs were perfect everyone loved it and danced all night long. Definitely recommend. Think I'll be using him again for my 40th 2023 (10 / 10) Zoe Hallas"
