Review Centre: Vintage Themed Bands

"We stopped by to see Miss Pearl do her Paloma Faith tribute act at the Milbourne Arms in Carlisle, last night. Miss Pearl was on point, singing all of Paloma's hits and some of her less known songs. She has an excellent voice and also did some of her vintage songs aswell. It was a thoroughly enjoyable night and we even had a dance. We will hopefully see Miss Pearl again soon, as we want to book her for an up-and-coming private party."

"Brian and his band provided us with the most wonderful entertainment for our wedding this month. Right from the start Brian was easy to communicate and organise things with, they hardly required anything from us in order to come & play and where very flexible even when our plans changed at the last minute. We thoroughly enjoyed the music they played and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a band for a wedding."

The arrangements were all made without any stress. The music was fantastic . We would definitely book them again . "

"I had the pleasure of booking Party Train as a performer for the 2024 "TEN TEN TEN" 5 day music and arts festival I produced with the nonprofit organization, TEN TEN NYC. Party Train was one of the best and most professional acts I booked for the festival. They had a great energy and setlist that the crowd loved and formed a dance circle too. Wherever they are, they are gonna give the people a good time. I highly recommend them."

She has always a lively smile ready for us and it is obvious that she really loves what she i doing. "Michelle's Birthday Party - excellent jazz band, very classy, perfect for the event in question. It's nice to see a band which does things so simply and professionally, providing a full sound with the minimum of equipment. They were happy to play to the room when people were eating and talking, at a volume which still allowed conversation, but were friendly and engaging as and when people wanted to interact with them. The singer they provide (if required) has a great voice, well matched to their style, no over-acting or dramatic self indulgence, just confident, strong and pitch perfect. Great day, thank you."

"I was searching for a jazz band for a luxury event I planned in Amsterdam and came across Bijou Trio, what an incredible find! Out of all the entertainment companies I contacted, they were the first to respond (within hours!), and their pricing was by far the most competitive. When the event day came, they exceeded every expectation. Impeccably presented, charming, and professional, these 3 young men brought the atmosphere and true artistry to the event. Their performance was elegant, polished, and musically outstanding. I later found out they are formally trained musicians with a university background in music and it shows. Highly recommended for anyone looking for world-class jazz with genuine soul and sophistication."
