"We absolutely loved Cecilia! Her choice of songs was spot on, as each one connected with us on a profound level. We asked her to learn a song that held special significance for us, even though she hadn't heard it before. However, since we requested it a month in advance, she took the time to learn it and delivered a beautiful rendition. Cecilia's heartfelt performance touched many of our guests, bringing them to tears. "Blacktop Rodeo is such a complete band! They are amazing entertainers, as well as top-notch musicians. They keep the crowd engaged throughout the night and always leave them wanting more. As a venue owner, (Silver Eagle) I have seen and heard many bands, but BLACKTOP RODEO is one of the very best out there…PERIOD. I would highly recommend seeing or booking them. You will NOT be disappointed!"

"Booked with Darren for my wife's 50th Birthday bash. Communication was fantastic in the build up nothing was to much trouble . . Turned up at the exact time agreed and introduced himself and Alex the female singer . . Left them to set up and arrange their own stage . . All I can say is that they were brilliant all night from the live show to arranging the interval and end of night music . . Everybody commented on their professionalism and how they got them "up out of their seats" and every song sang was perfect for the night . . Would I recommend Samson 65 . . In one word YES for any type of event . . totally brilliant totally professional . . You will not be disappointed."

"Rick Holland and his band played our wedding on August 28, 2010. Rick could not have been more accommodating to my husband and my wants and needs for music at the wedding. We communicated through email, over the phone, and met with each other once to go over the details. Rick was very thorough and always set our minds at ease. During our ceremony, his quartet played us up the aisle with a romantic song and down the aisle with ''Fireworks'' which set the mood for the festive evening to begin. The cocktail hour began immediately following the ceremony and Rick''s band did not miss a beat....the little big band entertained guests while they mingled and got a bite to eat. When the wedding party was ready to be announced, Rick took the microphone as we were all introduced. After the speeches were out of the way, Rick and the band let loose! With a full band and two singers, a male and a female, we partied for the next four hours! The guests were dancing, singing, and truly having a great time as did we! The band definitely made the night! The songs were exactly what we requested and the sound quality was superb. I would gladly book Rick and his band for another occasion as well as recommend them. "The Hornbeams played at our wedding and were fantastic, everything we wanted. Lucy and Murray are professional, friendly and clearly talented. Everything was easy to arrange, we tailored our playlist, they were prompt and totally self sufficient, played a couple of great sets and mingled seamlessly in their breaks. Loads of our favourite songs, all beautifully sang in a great acoustic style. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - thanks so much."

"Our company has been hosting a 5 star Christmas Party for years. This year was no different with 740 people in attendance. I decided to mix it up from our usual DJ and hire Groove Merchants. They are PURE entertainment!!!! I can't tell you the number of people who approached me at the party who commented on the band and how they really set the tone for a fun night! Our party ended at midnight and they had the dance floor packed right up until the end! I've already booked them for our Christmas Party next year!"
