"What can I say... they played at our wedding last year in Merano and it was just AMAZING!!! Super friendly and (almost) always said yes to whatever we asked. They played soooo good, everybody loved them!!! I’d book them again in a heartbeat , totally recommended!!!"

"New Orleans is a state-of-mind. Every year around this time of year, Mardi Gras is an explosion of joyousness. You don't have to travel down to Louisiana to feel it. Its spirit resides in Mercer County in a little town called Ewing, where Joe Grillo leads The Gumbo Gumbas on a Cajun holiday all year round. The jump-blues, zydeco, rocl'n'roll, jazz, folk strains and oh such soul are on full display wherever they play. Now you can even share that feeling, that zest for life, that passionate embodiment of the groove, in your own home. Zydeland has to be the feel-good album of the year so far. Written, arranged, produced, sung and honked on his tenor sax, Grillo imbues Zydeland with a Bourbon Street beat. He's an honorary French Quarter denizen of the night. Of course, there's always time to invoke a little Tom Waits on highlight "Can't Go Back to New Orleans" The colors mix and mingle with tuba, banjo, guitar, violin, viola, cello, trombone, accordion, piano, bass, clarinet, soprano sax, trumpet and that penetration percolation percussion. Excuse me, I got to get on up and do the boogaloo. You just can't set still for this thing."

"We were so fortunate to have Rainer and his band perform at our wedding in France in September. Rainer was very easy to communicate with, and he turned our music preferences into an amazing musical celebration. Listening to him and his band perform was one of the highlights of the wedding for all of our guests! We cannot say enough about Rainer’s talent. "We called in the Jazz center to provide entertainment during our anniversary celebration. The contact started very pleasantly and the wishes were listened to carefully. Our event was business and also intended for networking. The musicians of the Jazz center looked neat and played nice background music. This contact was again very pleasant. It was great entertainment for our guests to talk about it or just enjoy it. Definitely recommended!"

"Excellente formation professionnelle, chanteuse hors pair qui sait moduler sa voix en fonction des morceaux choisis et donner beaucoup d’émotions, guitariste de haut vol qui sait mettre en valeur les mélodies et la voix de la chanteuse. Cette formation musicale remplit l’espace sans s’imposer ; j’ai fait appel à elle à trois reprises, déjà, sans modération ! Je me demande d’ailleurs si cela ne devient pas une addiction ! Mais ce qui est rassurant à chaque expérience est que l’intégralité de mes invités est aussi addicte que moi ! Bravo à tous deux !"
