Tempos, dynamics, and phrasing were handled with care, ensuring the music was not only enjoyable to listen to but also perfectly suited to the dance floor. Beyond the performance itself, the professional approach stood out throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and reliable from the initial booking through to the end of the event, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, the Lewis Barfoot Jazz Quintet combined high-quality musicianship with professionalism and thoughtful consideration for their audience, resulting in a thoroughly successful event."

"Noa and her group performed in All Saints Church for the May Merrie festival. Dozens of people who had come in for refreshments or as customers for the craft fair stood or sat in amazement for around an hour as they listened to classic jazz numbers beautifully sung to a great accompanying group.They couldn't get enough. Go a long way to listen to these great musicians."

"We were immediately drawn to the band because their image and sound matched exactly to what we were after – a bit of a nod to the 1920s but with a mix of modern too. We had a few song requests that were definitely from the more modern side of things (Air, Tame Impala) and they managed to translate these perfectly into their signature style, I can be quite hard to impress when it comes to live music and they really just blew me away. In terms of liaising with them before and on the day they were a dream, I'd look to book them again if I ever had the need and would highly recommend anyone else interested in them to do the same."

"Barry was unbelievable! When we selected a touch of class for our wedding we knew we were going to get what we wanted, but we did not know that it was going to be 10 times better than we expected! absolutely everyone at the wedding was dancing and having the best time! Our wedding was perfect and Barry had everything to do with that! We gave them a genre of music to play and they accommodated it exactly how we wanted. We had a smaller wedding and they were able to put together the exact size ensemble for the space provided!"

"At our wedding Noa sung my special request of “Ne me quitte pas” the Jaques Brel classic , which she performed in French ( even though she is Spanish and is not fluent in French….). It was amazing and bought a tear to my eye. Noa is a versatile singer with a great upbeat personality who will bring joy to any event in any surrounding."

"Barry Cohen was the perfect wedding musician and DJ for our wedding party and venue. He was very professional and he covered everything that we had asked him to do according to the schedule of the day. His easy-going style and confidence helped ease the day. I am still receiving positive comments about his services from family and friends. He's a very talented musician as well, so there is a lot of value to having him perform at the wedding/reception."
