Cancelling a booking

The standard terms in our booking contracts that relate to cancelling are:

If there is a cancellation policy specified by the supplier in the "Extra Terms For This Supplier" section of this contract then cancellation would be allowed in accordance with the supplier's cancellation policy. Otherwise, this agreement may not be modified or cancelled except by mutual consent, in writing signed by both the supplier and the customer.

This means that if you want to cancel a booking that has been agreed by both the supplier and the customer, then you will need to both agree to the cancellation.

If the supplier has added a cancellation policy to the contract then that will specify the cancellation terms in detail. If not, then an agreement should be discussed.

If you both agree to cancel the booking then both parties should contact us to let us know that the cancellation has been mutually agreed so we can remove the booking and officially cancel the contract.
