Creating a booking contract

Suppliers create contracts by clicking "Manage Booking" from a conversation in their Gig Heaven account.

The Manage Booking button sits at the top of every conversation — open it to create or edit the booking contract.

Once a contract is made it can be saved for later, or signed and sent straight to the customer.

The customer can either agree to the contract or request amendments, allowing the supplier to edit the contract and send it back to the customer to agree.

Suppliers must enter their total fee (including all taxes, travel & expenses) into the Total Fee box when creating the contract.

We recommend that suppliers request payment of the balance on or before the event date.
