"Bruddah Vince is a pleasure to have at our restaurant. His amazing vocal range and large library of songs makes it an awesome experience for our guests. His aloha spirit goes a long way and makes everyone feel like they are at home on an island with zero worries. Can't wait to have him at the restaurant again in the near future. Would strongly recommend Bruddah Vince for anyone looking for amazing music by an amazing individual."

"Noel performed for our department picnic. He was punctual, and did an amazing job setting the mood for our event. We could not recommend Island Jams Productions more. The team was very communicative leading up to the event and the performer was A+. Thank you again!"

"Thanks to Surefire Trio for a great night. When we spoke in the build up to the wedding, I mentioned that our guests had a wide range of musical taste but you guys were brilliant and the toughest critic of all (our 6yr old) loved every minute. We appreciate how you made the evening complete and all the support in the build up. I could not recommend the band highly enough."

"Bruddah Vince is a dream! I contacted Bruddah Vince just a few days before our retirement party at a large estate in Beverly Hills, when another performer I had originally hired dropped out at the last minute. What could have been a disaster turned out to be a blessing, as Bruddah Vince was extremely easy, professional, and pleasant to work with, and he provided the perfect vibes we were seeking. His dreamy voice, expert ukulele playing, and great song selection added so much beauty to our night. We all felt transported to the islands for a few hours, and the party would not have been the same without him. He was very agreeable to every request, including taking a Covid test upon arrival, which we really appreciated since some of our guests are high risk."

"A talented singer, song-writer and musician! Justin provided the perfect background music and ambience for our son's rehearsal dinner. He was quick to respond to all of my communications and was a joy to work with. He is very talented and played a mix of genres that included ukulele and guitar."

"Julie and her team were great! They were all very professional and sounded amazing. Our videographer seemed to have missed the audio recording of the big moment when I entered the ceremony and walked down the aisle. Julie and her team have graciously offered to re record this specialized music so I have it forever!"

"The Distance played at our companies 10th anniversary event. We absolutely loved them and have had comments from both staff and clients since the event. They really made our night unique. They were professional, kept in contact (we even booked them at really short notice and they were so SO helpful!), and honestly just made the night special. Fantastic at their craft, the loveliest and most down to earth people, worked around speeches etc. Highly recommend! Thanks Soph and Mat! "

"I'm a bit late writing this review but me and my wife had The Distance for our wedding on the 4th April, they were absolutely fantastic such a good band got everyone up and dancing. They were able to cover a wide range of songs there is something for everyone. Our 1st dance song the killers Mr brightside one word wow, prefer the distance accoustic version over the original if you need a band then book the distance you will not be disappointed."

"We hired the Ukes of Hazard Band for a non-profit Jubilee event and they were fabulous. The pre-communication and the band itself was terrific. We went with a 4-piece band with a 'Mumford style' and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you."

"Bruddah Vince is a talented musician that brought the Hawaiian islands to our event with his delightful presentation. His punctuality and friendliness brought a sense of ease to our event that meshed well with our relaxed ALOHA atmosphere. Our guests (many of them from Hawai’i) throughly enjoyed his sounds, his voice and his music selections. It was a truly a memorable and entertaining experience."

"I'm so glad we booked Denis for my mums 80th party, it absolutely made our day. Not only did everyone love the music, Denis had taken the time to think about what age my mum would have been on each song and walked us through her years hitting milestones such as her 18th and 21st etc. It was such a great touch. "We hired Bruddah Vince for a backyard luau graduation celebration. He was very professional, easy to communicate with, and his music/voice/talent was above and beyond what we expected. All of our guests were really impressed and made several comments about how good he sounded. He started earlier than expected and played longer than expected. Very, very happy with his performance. "JUSTIN MADE OUR WEDDING SO SPECIAL! 💕 We absolutely love Justin! Without him, our wedding would not have been nearly as special as it was. Our experience with Justin started with a an online search for a ukelele player to play & sing “ Slow Boat to China” by Jimmy Buffett instead of “Here comes the Bride” ( as a surprise for my soon to be hubby, Rich). I GOT ZERO HITS WITH THAT SEARCH-but some general guitarists/musicians came up. When I saw Justin’s videos online and heard his incredible voice and easy demeanor, I contacted him. He said he DID play the Ukelele and could play that and 2 other songs I hoped to include in the ceremony. Justin learned and mastered those 3 songs just for our wedding! PLUS he also added a bunch of other Buffet songs to his already extensive and eclectic repertoire. As Justin and I messaged back and forth with plans, his enthusiasm, effort, planning and desire to make our day really special was astounding. Within hours, I knew we had found not only a very talented young musician, but a very special “old soul.” Rich and I are “Old-ly Weds” and just had a small ceremony and reception with friends and family. Whether they were 8, 18, or 28 to 88, Justin delighted our guests. When we insisted he take a break our guests couldn’t wait to talk to and get to know him. Justin is an absolutely amazing musician as well as a great person. He feels like family now! You’d be hard-pressed to find a more talented musician and all around wonderful and fun person as we found in Justin Turk! We give him 100 thumbs up, and we encourage him to raise his prices!"
