"I still cannot believe we met The Distance at Janine's party and that they were able to make Fran’s 60th Birthday celebrations last Saturday 10 May 2014 & made his dream of having live music at his party come true. Matt & Sophiee, you were so accommodating and fitted perfectly into our home. All our 80+ guests of family & friends of all ages loved your music and danced the night away. We cannot wait to see you again & Fran is already planning our next party! Fran & Fay xxxx"

"A talented singer, song-writer and musician! Justin provided the perfect background music and ambience for our son's rehearsal dinner. He was quick to respond to all of my communications and was a joy to work with. He is very talented and played a mix of genres that included ukulele and guitar."

"I had a luau party at home and hired Justin to perform... he was really great! This was the first time using this service and it exceeded expectations. Justin was great and also played a few of his original songs which were also quite amazing. I want to hire him for all future parties. Lol"

"Stephen was patient with me as I was planning a memorial service for my father. I changed my mind a couple of times and Stephen just rolled with the changes. He met my wife for a rehearsal session and then nailed the performance during the ceremony. Stephen also provided some lovely and background and mood music prior to the service and jumped-in with musical accompaniment during the congregational hymns."

"Master Musicians were hired to provide the perfect ambiance to our special day. We had some mishaps that looked grim but José and Master Musicians were professional, prompt, flexible as well as responsive every step of the way! We couldn't thank you enough!"

"Had a rocking great night with Denis doing his live show and Denis on the decks for my partners 60th birthday party in the garden. Denis was punctual and professional as usual and everybody have come back to me saying what a great night was had by all. No small thanks to Denis playing 6 hours. We had him for her 50th now 60th and always great entertainment. Sheldon Moss, Wednesday 24 September 2025"

"Daniel played at our wedding on July 7th in Italy and he was brilliant! He was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the first call he made us feel comfortable and played some tunes with a variety of instruments to give us a taster. From there Daniel would reply to us almost instantly, answering any questions and giving us confidence through his thorough yet relaxed way. On the day he set everything up and played during our ceremony, during Apero, dinner and after dinner. We had many guests come up to us and express that he played beautifully and adjusted to what was happening with his song choices. Most importantly he also brought a fun atmosphere, playing extra songs into the night and engaging with guests to make them feel special (our family absolutely loved singing along and playing some tunes on Daniel’s guitar and ukulele)! Thank you Daniel for the lovely time, good vibes and your flexibility!!"
