"Had a rocking great night with Denis doing his live show and Denis on the decks for my partners 60th birthday party in the garden. Denis was punctual and professional as usual and everybody have come back to me saying what a great night was had by all. No small thanks to Denis playing 6 hours. "We are extremely thrilled with our outcomes using Island Jams. They were responsive, flexible and Aaron was as advertised. His talents were top notch and he was willing to work with us on our schedule and so easy to work with. He came on time, prepared and was ready go a little early and stayed a little later than scheduled. We would definitely use Island Jams in the future and recommend to anyone and everyone looking for an option for Hawaiian music!"

"Great singer We hired Bruddah Vince for our baby shower this past weekend and he did an amazing job. He has a long list of songs in his repertoire and we were able to select all of our favorite ones. Excellent communicator and super friendly, we would hire him again in a heartbeat! "I saw Them Uke Boys perform at a couple of bars in town and ended up having them perform at my wedding! They were BEYOND amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! They were so accommodating and willing to perform longer when I didn’t want the night to end! Seriously go see them perform or have them at your next event. You won’t regret it."

"After weeks and weeks of looking for a wedding band we stumbled across Surefire Trio. We were worried organising an Irish wedding from the UK would be complicated but Roy was an absolute dream to work with, made the whole process so stress free! We opted for the band and DJ for the night, they were perfect and fantastic value for money, our initially reserved crowd were up dancing in no time! They performed an excellent mix of music and played a playlist of music of our choice while the evening buffet was being served, then the DJ kept the music going til the early hours. I had 100% confidence in them as they are true professionals, talented musicians and really know how to read a crowd. I would recommend these guys to get any party going!"

"Tom & I honestly can't thank you enough for playing at our wedding - Your renditions of 'How long will I love you' and 'Thinking out loud' were so perfect, we couldn't have asked for a more intimate ceremony. Our guests are still commenting on how talented you both are! Played ALL of our favourite songs, and even got my father up for a boogie (A hard task, let me tell you!!). (Oh, and the video you put together for us of the reception was so thoughtful :D) Thank you so much!"

"Coordinated with Ricky who arranged to have Uncle Jack play at our Luau in east Long Beach (near CSULB). This was a small group (9) so there was no need for amplifiers, speakers, etc. Jack was the ideal player: he arrived early, played wonderful low-key background music while we dined and he ramped it up as we enjoyed his playing after dining but before diving into dessert. Jack was everything we asked for: personable, he interacted with our guests warmly, answered questions about the ukelele and Hawaiian music, gave us a wonderful blend of "old, original" Hawaiian style music and the newest iterations of the genre. like "Jawaiian"-style. He was most generous with his time. We could tell that he truly enjoyed playing this traditional music which he grew up with and it showed. He "felt" and genuinely "was" the music ... he was not someone who just learned a few chords and melodies and sang. If you are planning on Hawaiian-style entertainment for any event, I highly, highly recommend Uncle Jack."

"Great performer for our backyard party Ian was great from the minute we booked until after our event. He was really receptive to song requests and ideas, went with the flow, and did a really nice job. Ian was early to set up and was completely professions. Everyone had fun and enjoyed the music, and he even let us sing along. I would definitely hire him again."
