"Mr. Minor was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He was at the cemetery for my mothers graveside service well before we arrived and played beautifully. He has a large repertoire of songs and is willing to learn songs if he doesn’t know them. Not at all pushy about money and the price was extremely fair. I of course don’t want to have to call him for funeral services anytime soon, but the next time it comes up I will definitely call him first."

"Toni was such a pleasure to work with. Warmest personality from the get go. The team communicated perfectly, responded in a timely manner, and did exactly what was expected- the music they played was beautiful- such a hit! We are still chatting about it. Perfect for leading guests from the ceremony location to cocktail hour and added extra layers in between as they just knew what to do. Professionally performed. V e r y pleased with Brock & Toni-played gorgeously. Will hire them again in a heart beat!"

"From the first communication when booking online after reading his profile , which stood out compared to the others on the site, I was not disappointed , when we first spoke I didn’t have to say anything it’s like he read my mind and the situation to come, the songs I chose were met with professionalism, After Andrew driving 4 hours down south for the funeral, we turned the corner and into the gates of the crematorium, Andrew was there like the lone piper with the sun shining down around him and his outstanding attire , he led the procession to the doors , his years of experience shown through, I wish to say I would love to see him again but of course under better circumstances,"

"Andy was amazing. He played beautifully for my Dad’s funeral. He helped me through the planning of the event and I felt confident on the day all would go to plan with Andy there representing the family. And it did. "Johnny is simply incredible! I am an elementary school music teacher who came to him with a wild proposal to accompany my choir of 96 children on a Scottish folk song, The Skye Boat song. He met with my assistant directors and I to come up with a plan of how to coordinate the flow of the song and balance the vocals and the pipes. He is an amazing collaborator and had a lot of great ideas of how to make it come together. He came to one of our rehearsals and was so gracious and so kind with the students. They absolutely loved interacting with him! Our whole community was enchanted with him when he played for the concert and opened for us and then performed the number we had worked on together. He is a very eloquent and engaging speaker and a master at his instrument! He’s one of those people who is just a joy to work with and we look forward to collaborating with him again on future musical projects!"

"Having a piper was incredibly important to us, not only for my husbands traditions but for our families heritage. Celebrating the old traditions, entwining them with a few of our own. Keith - the tears that rolled when I heard your bagpipe as I stood preparing to walk to the church from the bridal cottage garden at Birtsmorton Court. The pride I felt when you lead our wedding party from the church to the medieval moated Manor House & the sense of regal, queen like status you made me feel as you led us to our wedding breakfast. Our first meal as husband and wife, king and queen of our life in the secret garden and great barn. Thank you, thank you for filling my memories with the sounds of our ancestral home, with the beauty of Bonny Scotland at my my birth home in the shire. I am so grateful for us having you as our piper, we were honoured. Thank you. "

"Claire & Craig McDonald wrote on FB on their wedding 9/9/24 Piper - Kevin Monahan (thecypruspiper) - Kevin was phenomenal. We wanted to add a little bit of "home" to our destination wedding with a piper. As soon as he arrived and began playing, everyone including hotel guests stood up and watched and listened. We spoke to Kevin several times in the lead up to the wedding to discuss tunes we wanted - Kevin offered advice and alternatives when needed, as well as providing suggestions based on where each of us were from. Kevin mingled with guests and was friendly and funny throughout. We really appreciated the effort Kevin put in to contribute to our special day, thank you"

"Loved having Johnny come play at my Grandmas funeral. We called a day and a half before the service and Johnny was able to work us into his schedule. He was kind and very professional. Would recommend him to anyone!"
