"Words cannot describe how delighted my husband and I were to have Andy play such an important role in our wedding day. I had organized to have Andy play as a surprise for my husband, and not only did Andy execute flawlessly, he actually even worked with me to think of important details in planning the surprise! All of our guests were deeply moved by Andy's piping, and everyone was brought to tears (as someone said - "if we weren't crying before the piper we were all crying after he started playing")! We have received lots of lovely feedback from guests about our wedding day, but Andy and his piping stand out as some of the most memorable parts of the day for all. We are so grateful Andy played such an important role in our wedding day! We would recommend - without reservation - having Andy play a role in any celebration you are thinking of planning. "When we enquired if Andrew would be available for my Father's funeral, i was extremly impressed by the personal empathy he has shown in making sure the music was as we would like. I cannot explain the emotions experienced in having Andrew pipe my Father's Hurst arriving to the crematorium , my Father would have loved every second. The sound was pitch perfect, a credit to a true musician, every note resonated true feelings, for which I cannot thank Andrew enough. You only have one chance to say goodbye, and I wouldn't want anyone other than Andrew as my piper to portray those emotions. (10 / 10) Liz Gordon"

"I just wanted to thank you and Dougie very much for excellent work. It was a great events thanks to Dougie. We had about 1700 students who needed to get from McEwan hall to Appleton Tower and it would have been impossible to arrange it without such an excellent piper like Dougie. Thank you! "Made our father's memorial perfect. Brock and Toni played beautifully. During the memorial, Brock made sure each guest felt personalized as he would play a piece after speaking to them. Toni gave us ideas of what we possibly might want to do for the services. Together their playing Amazing Grace was incredible moving! Every one felt the tribute plus Toni had ideas that were used and greatly appreciated. We wouldn't have had such perfection without her advice. If you're looking for Pipers with care and kindness, they are definitely the choice."

"Stevie played superbly at my late husband's memorial at Bamburgh Castle. It really enhanced a special day and made it even more memorable. "We were absolutely blown away by our violinist, Julian, at my daughter’s wedding. The music created such a magical atmosphere from the ceremony to the reception. Every song was played beautifully and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much it elevated the day. Professional, talented, and truly gifted, having him perform was one of the best decisions we made. He didn’t just play music he created memories we will treasure forever. "

"Claire & Craig McDonald wrote on FB on their wedding 9/9/24 Piper - Kevin Monahan (thecypruspiper) - Kevin was phenomenal. We wanted to add a little bit of "home" to our destination wedding with a piper. As soon as he arrived and began playing, everyone including hotel guests stood up and watched and listened. We spoke to Kevin several times in the lead up to the wedding to discuss tunes we wanted - Kevin offered advice and alternatives when needed, as well as providing suggestions based on where each of us were from. Kevin mingled with guests and was friendly and funny throughout. We really appreciated the effort Kevin put in to contribute to our special day, thank you"
