"Hi Laura (and ladies) We just wanted to express our sincerest thanks for playing so beautifully at our wedding. When we first saw your video online, I got that special, magical tingle. Hearing that one piece, which just happens to be my favourite, blew the competition out of the running. We must confess that when we got to the page showing the huge list of starts and productions, our hearts sank a little, thinking we could never afford a quartet in your league. Excitement kicked back in instantly when we arrived at the prices page and we hammered out a booking email there and then. We loved the fusion of classical, pop, show tunes and the little quirky pieces – ‘Let’s go fly a kite’ went down a storm. I was personally mesmerised watching Laura ‘live’ the music – a true artist. "Signature Strings did such an awesome job playing for our ceremony! The sound was absolutely beautiful, and I can’t thank them enough. We had a few specific requests for music from Lord of the Rings because my husband and I are big LOTR fans, and their arrangements of the music was exactly what we were looking for. They offered suggestions for the ceremony, including pieces that we had not initially considered, and every recommendation turned out to be perfect. On the wedding day, their presence was discreet but essential. They arrived early and handled the setup independently, which immediately reassured us. The ceremony was where they truly shined. "My husband and I got married at El Far in Llafranc. Before the wedding, Edelweiss were incredibly helpful when accommodating music that we wished to be included in our day. Walking down the aisle to them was honestly one of the best parts of the day. Edelweiss were very professional, prompt and their communication was fantastic throughout. "We booked the organ and violin duo for our Catholic ceremony in Florence, and their performance was simply extraordinary. The church acoustics combined beautifully with the live music, creating an emotional atmosphere that moved everyone present. The violin was expressive and delicate, while the organ provided a magnificent foundation throughout the ceremony. What stood out most was their professionalism. They arrived early, coordinated directly with the priest, tested the acoustics, and handled every detail without needing any assistance. We had requested a combination of traditional sacred music and modern instrumental arrangements, and they delivered exactly what we envisioned. Every performance felt personal rather than rehearsed. Looking back at our wedding video, the music remains one of the most emotional parts of the entire day. We honestly cannot imagine our ceremony without them. "We hired Jade for our wedding in February 2019 just to play us into and out of our ceremony. I absolutely love the cello and I had never been lucky enough to hear a solo played live until that day. My guests thought it was so lovely having the cello playing as they waited for us to arrive and it set the perfect tone for our small intimate wedding. I would definitely recommend Jade for any event!"
