"Scherzando Strings played for us at our recent wedding and they were fantastic! They played to my guests at the Church before we arrived, and learned the song I chose to walk down the isle to especially for me as it wasn't in their repertoire. They then played songs we loved during the singing of the register too which made the whole ceremony so much more special ( Braveheart brought a tear to everyone's eye). They then set up at our reception venue and played more wonderful music for the welcome hour, including Disney, Bridgerton, Harry Potter, opera, classical, just a great mix that kept us all entertained and they are wonderful, friendly people too. Sue was great to chat too and no request was too much trouble. Would 1000% hire again for any event. "

"We hired Kevin and Sergio to play at our wedding and it was the absolute best decision we made! A few days prior, we booked tickets to ride the Arno Boat in Florence where we first saw Kevin play in person and we were BLOWN AWAY! He is a seasoned musician and incredibly talented. He even played a special song from Dune for my finance and he was so surprised! As for the wedding, Kevin and Sergio were booked for aperitivo and dinner, but came early to play for our ceremony which we decided on just the day before the wedding. They are incredibly professional, yet personable at the same time. We came out of the experience feeling like we gained new friends :) if you are looking for musicians to play for any special event, you’ve come to the right place!!"

They arrived early, set up discreetly, and created an atmosphere that was simply magical. The combination of piano and cello is incredibly powerful—the piano provides structure and harmony, while the cello adds warmth and depth. During the ceremony, the music was so moving that several guests told us they had goosebumps. The transition into the reception was equally perfect. The duo adapted effortlessly, shifting to a lighter and more relaxed repertoire while maintaining the same level of elegance. It never felt intrusive, but it always added something special to the atmosphere. Many guests came up to us asking who they were, which says a lot about the impact they had. "One of the best things we did at our wedding was to hire the Stretto Quartet, not only are you wonderful musicians but you were so effortless and professional to deal with. With all the things involved in getting married it’s so nice to deal with people who just get it done (and get it done well!). The amount of people who commented how great you guys were was huge. We absolutely loved having you there. The music for both the drinks reception and the wedding breakfast was nothing but perfect. You truly set the tone for our memorable day and helped to make it such a perfect occasion. I can’t recommend you highly enough, if you want a quartet at your event then none other would be better than the Stretto Quartet."
