Custom FAQs let you answer the questions customers keep asking, right on your listing. Good FAQs save you time responding to enquiries and help customers self-qualify before messaging.
Open your listing from My Account. On the About You tab you'll find a Custom FAQs section grouped under topic headings like About Your Act, Performance Info, Technical Info, and Clients & Venues.
Custom FAQs show on your public listing page, grouped by the heading you chose. Customers can click to expand each answer. They're also picked up by Gig Heaven's on-site search, which helps customers find you for specific needs.
Next to each FAQ there's a delete icon. Click it to remove that FAQ from your listing. Deletion is immediate.
